They misdiagnosed me with CHS which made no sense to me because of the cause and type of pain I was having. They only gave me fluids and one dose of pain meds. No further testing. Needless to say the next morning I was in the Banner ER where they did an ultrasound and CT scan, easily finding out I had actually experienced a ruptured ovarian cyst. I have blood in my ovaries and abdomen that Dignity would've seen if they listened to me correctly. Shame on them!

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient. The doctor took the time to really listen as I explained my symptoms and ordered the appropriate tests to get an accurate diagnosis. He initially offered pain medication based on my symptoms, but I decided to wait until we had an official diagnosis. Once the results came back, I reminded him about the medication and he made sure it was prescribed and administered before I was discharged. He also took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my follow-up questions without making me feel rushed. What really stood out was how quickly everything moved. From intake to discharge, the entire ER visit only took about two hours -- by far the fastest emergency department experience I've ever had. Excellent care all around.

I primarily see Dr. Nasser and NP, Amelia Campbell and their attention to my concerns and thoroughness has been incredible. When I was in PT trying to avoid spinal fusion, I mentioned how painful it was, I know PT can hurt, I've had both hips and knees replaced. However, when I told Amelia I was leaving PT crying she sat me down and encouraged me to remember that while it can be uncomfortable, what l was experiencing could be doing more harm than good. She also said it could just be a bad fit and maybe I could see a different provider as there are many approaches to PT. The extra ten minutes she spent with me helped me remember to self advocate. Anyway, she cared and her advice was very helpful. The office staff are efficient, friendly and kind. In all the years I've been there, they've only run behind one or two times. I went to urgent care due to very high blood pressure and an extreme headache that I had had for…read moreseveral days, and they referred me to the ER. When I saw the doctor, I explained my symptoms, but from the start, I felt like my concerns were being dismissed. He made a comment that high blood pressure is "better than low," which didn't feel reassuring given why I was there. He told me the plan was to do blood work, an EKG, and give me another dose of my blood pressure medication. I had my blood drawn and waited, expecting to be called back for the EKG. Instead, the doctor later came to tell me that my "EKG and blood work" were normal. I had to point out that I never actually received an EKG. He responded that he must have been thinking of another patient, which was concerning in itself. He then said he didn't think an EKG was necessary anymore, even though it had been part of the original plan. He recommended that I start taking my blood pressure medication twice a day and discharged me. This left me feeling confused and uneasy. After doing some research the next day, I learned that I am already on the maximum recommended dose of that medication, and increasing it is not typically advised. Overall, I left feeling that my concerns weren't taken seriously and that the care I received lacked attention to detail.

The one good thing that happened was that I made the decision to get off oxycodone after six years. Went back to my spine surgeon after 2 years of Dr. Yaddu. MRI showed previous partial directory has eroded to the point where the vertebrae are dropping out of line. Probably looking at my third level of fusion. My surgeon showed me a picture of my spine that Dr. Yaddu had posted on his practices' website showing off his "skill" in performing an Intracept procedure around my old fusion. The procedure was a complete failure. Seems like a lot of these pain doctors just use their patients like an ATM .

They knew that my step father had pneumonia the month before which increased his white blood count. They did not check his white blood count before the port placement. We did not realize that CICC did not check his white blood count. Later we learned that his white blood count was 13.4 when the port was put in. He ended up with a massive infection, got septic and four months later he died. We will never forget the suffering he experienced after the port placement. CICC completely disregarded what happened. I would never go near them.

I review everything. Including... walk-in doctor's offices. So, I'm a One Medical user, and I've used it for about six months. This is my home location, and I'm definitely a fan. One of the main things I like about it is how you can get labs done by just walking in anytime. You don't need an appointment. You just walk in and wait. If there's a line, they can give you a time to come back. Or, if there's no line, you can just sit in the waiting room. It's very nice to have a lab on site, and you don't have to deal with the whole Sonora Quest adventure that a lot of us Arizonans deal with. I've seen two nurse practitioners there. Both of them were helpful. And not only did they show good bedside manner--if I'm able to use that term, despite not actually being in a hospital bed--but they also were quick to respond to my messages on the app. The service here is painless. No pun intended. It's easy to make an appointment. Their app is very well-designed. And this location is clean and friendly. I would recommend One Medical if you're looking for a simple primary care experience.

The medical staff is caring and amazing, they have a lab in office. The biggest thing is they respect your time. You don't wait in the waiting room long your provider comes to get you not a med tech and you can pick your apt time 15 min 30 etc. There is an annual membership fee but you get a discount if you have Amazon Prime. My dad is 78 years old and has had many health issues and they've taken care of him wonderfully and my 24yo son is also a patient there. We are very happy with their care for us all.
