You know what it's like to spend a year trying to find a decent tattoo artist? Then set up an…read moreappointment with him months before getting the tattoo & sending him the artwork so he can study it, trace it over & over to learn how to draw the lines out as you tattoo. Arturo Ledesma had me wait for months thinking I was going to finally get a tattoo that meant a lot to me only to cancel hours before the appointment with some lame excuse saying he didn't want to do it as he felt he couldn't. (Which basically means he didn't prepare ahead of time & tried to get to it hours before the appointment) Ok that fine at least give me the option to come in & get something else done as the tattoo is that was scheduled to be done was going to take most of the day! I write to him explaining how I have a business & I took set aside this day especially for the tattoo since I live in San Diego & it's 2 hours almost just to get to El Centro where the tattoo shop is located, he then sends me a message saying I'm a asshole because I called him out & mentions a prior appointment that I had with him that I didn't show up for as my father had passed away & I explained that to him & apologized for not showing up. I have friends all over the world that tattoo & have tattoo studios. & they would never treat a future client like this! I hope your lousy attitude & unprofessionalism was worth this review Arturito! Next time you decide to call someone a asshole at least have the balls to say it to their face & not be a little puta acting tough via email! You don't know me like that payaso!

I'm new to El Centro and was looking for a local tattoo shop for my next project. So I was doing my…read moreresearch and found Different Views Tattoo shop. All the reviews were 5 stars and the place was real chill. I went by and spoke to Rob and yep, the shop was real chill and not like the traditional shops I went to in San Diego. Rob's a real cool dude and I told him what I want. He got me in and put my project on in ink. It came out awesome! All the reviews were spot on. I think I just found my tattoo shop in the Valley. I'll be calling Rob for my next project. If you need a tattoo, give Different Views a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Came in based on reviews to have my son's ears re-pierced and get my septum pierced. Piercer was…read morevery nice, but had almost no jewelry on hand for either piercing. He scrounged up some jewelry in little plastic baggies out of plastic storage drawers and placed them on a paper towel on the tattoo bench and sprayed them with cleaning solution. Honestly, I should have just left at that point, especially because there was no sterilization equipment in sight, but we stayed against my better judgement after seeing clamps and needles come out of sterilization packaging at least. My son went first and I was very happy with the time the piercer took getting the placement perfect for his ears, and it went very smoothly. Next it was my turn. I asked if he was pretty experienced with septum piercings and he assured me he's done tons of them for years and years. Welp, just as I feared I ended up with a somewhat crooked septum piercing, and hoped it just appeared that way due to swelling. Now that it's healed and I can remove the jewelry I can clearly see that the side the needle exited is noticeably lower than the other, causing the barbell to sit crooked. It hurt like hell so I'm not sure I want to go through the trouble of having it re-pierced and waiting another 2-3 months for it to heal again. When we went to pay, we discovered that they do not take cards. Luckily my husband had enough cash on him or we would have needed to make a trip to the ATM. He did hook the kids up with stickers though, and that was very nice of him. If I could do it over again, I'd do an ear piercing there again and probably even a nostril, but would spend the extra cash at a top notch shop in San Diego that has put in the research and care to master the septum piercing.

Both times I was here this place was packed- us and each and every hairstylist had one client. This salon is kind of small but very homey. Most importantly it is very clean and sanitized. I booked my highlight, lowlight and kariten treatment with Adriana four days after my consultation. I usually have extensions in and prior to coming here I had very damaged bleached hair. I was here for six hours but my hair has never looked so good. I spend over 50% less of what I usually spend in the hair salons in LA. The staffs here are all very friendly and knowledgeable.
