I started college and majored in Engineering without any knowledge of this program, was found by…read morethe founder himself and inducted into the program, and I am so thankful he did. What was created as a solution to a problem in Alaska has grown to become a national model, and has been mirrored across the US in similar programs in many universities; None are as successful as ANSEP or have such a profound impact on the STEM fields. I started this program when there were only a few students and a couple of graduates. There are so many things that are great about this program and I owe much of my success to Dr. Herb Schroeder, Ilisaurri. I was already a successful student, but through this program I have gained lifelong friends and a community during my time at UAA. I will be forever grateful to you, Ilisaurri. ANSEPer for life! P.S. You don't have to be Native to join, just interested in the STEM fields.

However, if grammar is your thing, this is your school. The school leadership plays favorites within the school. Communication about fundraisers is abundant and overwhelming (expect to spend well over your monthly tuition bill to attend this school) but communication about academics and overall school standardized test results to see school wide trends is severely lacking.

I wanted to give only two stars but I am so thankful for the help and that is why am giving three stars but the way I'm being spoken to I do not appreciate it at all at all at all!
