What stood out most was his problem-solving skills. He consistently looked for ways to save us money and he was flexible and professional while working through an extended timeline due to unexpected mold remediation. As with any major renovation, there were a few design details to work through, but Rodney ultimately brought our vision to life. The finished kitchen is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with the result and would confidently recommend him to anyone taking on a complex remodel!

Rodney partnered with Quality Stone in Virginia Beach, and their service--from selection to installation--was superb. Rodney provided a very fair price and handled every detail, including removing the bar, relocating an outlet, replacing 3 other outlets and installing a new sink and faucet. He even suggested a beautiful backsplash tile and helped me replace a 15-year-old over-the-range microwave with a new Whirlpool at a great price. Rodney is incredibly reliable, punctual, and truly available seven days a week. I highly recommend Full Circle Kitchen and Bath and will definitely call them for out next project

I finally had to have Mr. Rogers Windows replace the defective windows from Swimme and Son/ABC Seamless. The professional workmanship by Mr. Rogers Windows puts Swimme and Son/ABC Seamless to shame. Swimme and Son/ABC Seamless windows let bugs and rain in from around the windows, and I could see daylight around the windows where they should have been sealed up. And when these windows failed, they refused to honor their ironclad, lifetime, worry free for life window guarantee. Do not use Swimme and Son/ABC Seamless.

First thing is that I am extremely disappointed to have to write this review. My first experience…read morewith this company (ABC Seamless Gutters) had me compelled to leave a review as exceptional with 5 stars for sales, service and craftsmanship. I did not want to make this review, I had hoped we would get similar exceptional service and craftsmanship that we received from their associate company. I have given Swimme and Son ample time to correct these discrepancies over and over again. I do acknowledge that the issues with the lead times were beyond their control. My complaints are with the salesman and the craftsmanship. Starting with the salesman; He was very difficult to get ahold of, I had to show up in person 3 times to get answers about my order. In October I purchased 2 exterior custom doors and 2 storm doors. It took until on or about November 29th to get these doors actually submitted on order. My desire was to have the same kind of locks I currently have so that all 6 of my doors would be keyed the same and the color and style would match. For some unknown reason this was a difficult request. Essentially I was blown off and told what I wanted to hear. On Tuesday November 29th at 4:11pm I received text messages promising me that the doors were ordered without locks and that my door lockset request was going to be what I wanted. Installation: on or about February 24th the crew arrived with one damaged door, one door with misaligned windows and the wrong door lockset. I tried to contact the owner multiple times throughout this process. The first time I was referred back to the salesman who had already screwed this up. Another attempt to contact the owner I was referred to the gentleman that does their ordering. On another attempt to contact the owner; I once again had to show up in person. I spoke with 2 very nice people that couldn't help me, eventually the foreman called me back. I asked him to come out to see this band of issues, which I viewed, should be unacceptable with even the most budget friendly doors. These doors by far are not budget friendly. I didn't want to seem like an unreasonable person so I wanted someone to see what I was seeing. He came out and agreed that these issues where in fact things that required attention to make right. On or about March 22nd the crew returned to correct some of the issues that they could perform while awaiting parts. Issues like but not limited to; leaking storm door in light rain, storm door not latching, deadbolt not aligning without excessive force, missing screws in hinges, missing door closers on storm doors, scratched hardware etc. On or about April 17th the crew came back again with all replacement parts and to no surprise, I still have issues. I will only briefly cover the existing issues since it would take a full essay to cover everything that has been wrong or damaged. I predict that the 6-month encompassing timeframe and the communication issues I've already mentioned above; the following short list should complete an understanding of how unpleasant this experience has been for us. - Front door lockset is still not the one we asked for, however it is keyed the way we wanted. - They over tightened the bottom part of the door handle so now the new replacement door is now dented. - Front storm door does not latch without pulling shut. - Backdoor windows are still uneven. - Backdoor needs pulled/pushed hard to catch. - All 4 closers on both storm doors are not straight and uneven. - Back door seal is wavy on hinge side. - Both door seals have tears. - All caulking looks like it was done with a crayon and some has already cracked out. - 2 nails blew through the trim, one repair seems to be satisfactory but the other nail is still poking out they just put wax and paint over it. - Both door jams have tremendous mishandling marks. - The jury is still out until it rains again to see if the storm door will still leak. I have 2 walkthrough videos to go with the pictures that unfortunately cannot be uploaded here. I believe it is obvious that I do not recommend this company nor will I be using them again for my upcoming kitchen and bathroom remodel, replacement of all of our windows, siding replacement and roof work that I still need to have done.
