My daughter talked of little else to cap off her night.I requested china service for dinner which apparently wasn't noted in the managers notes.approximately 5 hours before the event I was verifying china and was told no,it wasn't in her notes sorry. I replied sorry doesn't fix anything go ahead and set it up.no go. Additionally the bridal party was for 12 they set up for 8 ,when pointed out simply brought more chairs to an already crowded table to ends,my girls brought chairs for their table.my guests reported the limited beer selection was warm as well as the wine.they did not reserve a table for myself and father as requested so we arrived from church with no place to sit.The catering service cut 2/3 of the cake and left so I look over to family cutting cake.I brought this to the managers attention who said they only cut part of the cake?! ( the top was not to be reserved and already cut.) The outdoor gazebo had zero decorations even though I brought it up the day before.the bathroom door had broken locks which I discovered that night.Completed disappointed and would recommend somewhere that was operating as a business and not just a side hustle.clearly they had my money a year earlier and where uninterested in hiring appropriate event staff ,or in customer service.

My bridal party did not have enough seats, and my mom's table was not reserved! Guests were waiting for drinks since the manager was also the bartender who was arguing with my mom about why there weren't enough seats. THEN, while I was chatting with guests, I noticed mom and the manager by the cake table.. come to find out, she was again arguing with her, telling her she said we were responsible for plating and cutting the cake! Which we would have never agreed to. I was also looking forward to a final dance with beautiful lights and mums under the gazebo in the back, and that too was not set up. If you use them, keep your contract and have them sign off to what they agreed to!!! Yes, I am happily married now, but they dropped the ball on the most important details !!! more than one time on the most important night of my life!!!

The community center faced a baseball field. The building itself looks professional with a hint of rustic. A large reception hall is available for rental. Rates vary based on day of the week, and if the party renting lives within the township/ Three Rivers area. Grounds are well maintained. Behind the building is a small playground. This is a great added bonus if throwing a party where children are to be in attendance. From the balcony the playground is visible. Many trees have been planted so that the playground is not the main focus of the view. Various public events are held here throughout the year. In August, two outdoor concerts are held. I lived in Cincinnati for 4 years and I never even knew that the Carnegie Hall in Newport existed. I attended a friends wedding and they did both the ceremony and the reception inside the hall. The staff working here were super friendly and nice and very accommodating to everyone who was in attendance. The upstairs is where the wedding was at. The room was a little warm, but it was big enough to hold about 100 people. They did a very nice job with the set up of the chairs and the alter for the wedding. The sound system in the hall was great. For appetizer hour it was downstairs in the entry way. The area had two big rooms and a center room where the bar was set up. The food at the wedding was typical wedding food. It was good but not great. Overall I had a wonderful time at this wedding. I would for sure attend an event here or plan a wedding or function if I lived in town.

We hosted our baby shower at the confetti room and it was such a hit! We booked our event pretty…read morefar in advance and were able to tour the space and ask questions. The staff were responsive via email and phone when we had questions and the on call staff day of was helpful with cleanup instructions and placement of items. We just rented the space which comes with tablecloths for the seating tables and food tables but they have add ons such as decor and silverware you can pay extra for. I loved the flow of the space, we were able to have the food in a separate room from the guest seating and a nice entry space for pictures and gifts. We comfortably fit 40 people. I wouldn't try to squeeze more than 50 in there depending on your set up. They also have beautiful chandeliers throughout the place and we loved that we could bring in our own food and drinks and decor. There were some slight issues with connecting to Bluetooth I think it gets tricky if you have an Apple Watch but we were eventually able to figure it out. They also have a tv with hdmi hook up (you have to bring your own cord) where we were able to display a slideshow. I would highly recommend for baby shower, bridal shower, proposal venue, etc. it's a pretty white blank slate so the decor options are endless. They also provided an easel and coat rack and a few bar top tables that came in handy for gifts.
