She provided all our daily meals "breakfeast, lunch and dinner" for 7 days a week. The variety of food choices she supplied us to pick from weekly as well as making many dishes we asked for was wonderful, there was nothing she was not able to make for us. The food was delivered to our home in individual containers for all the different food selections which we would then warm up in the mirco-wave accordingly. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly. She provided the receipts for all the purchases each week and the pricing for her services were more than fair. I would not hesitate again to call on Chef Pamela anytime for my catering needs or if we just need help with meals again. She was a life savor!! Keep up with the great home cooking for us all!

If you want 12 meals, it's a 2 hour session. Conceptually, I thought this was a great idea and went for the 6 meal session. I signed up and headed in, ready to have all these meals my family would chow down on and I wouldn't have to think about making. First of all unless you just consider your meal one dish, it's not a whole meal you are preparing. It's just the meat/fish/chicken/pasta dish! So you still have to come up with the veggie, salad, bread, etc. Also their idea of a serving is the one approved by the food pyramid people, enough for a kid under 5 to eat. So it's not enough food if you have 4 people that eat. Maybe enough for 2 adults and an infant. You could throw in an anorexic girl as well. I also had a problem with the ingredients. While they did have some great cuts of flank steak, the salmon portions were frozen and the chicken breasts were those big frozen blobs you get in the big plastic bag at Cub Foods! Hello, I'm paying about $20 a "meal" here, how about some fresh ingredients? The recipes were ok. There was marinated flank stead, salmon with pesto sauce, some beef and chicken dishes as well as lasagna (too goopy) and soup. And the point of paying $20 for some soup is......? I have to say the facility was VERY clean and the staff was around answering questions or telling people to go faster since their time was running out. It was nice to have them actually involved. So if you are truly desperate for meals and have a family that isn't picky and doesn't eat much, this wouldn't be a bad fit. But if you are a cheapskate like me with big eaters, this isn't the place for you!
