We contacted Green Designs Landscaping to replace our gravel driveway with asphalt but dress it up with cobblestone aprons and edging. It came out great and still fits the aesthetic of our old New England seaside community. Pablo and his team are talented professionals and work very efficiently. The whole job was completed in 24 hours. While on site they also repaired a collapsed gardening terrace and reset the pavers perfectly. They delivered the project On time and On Budget and left the property better than they found it. We wholeheartedly recommend Green Designs Landscaping for Hardscaping, Paving and Landscaping.

Seems to me that it was more of a skim coat. . He did come by and look at it and said it was from plowing. Yes, there may have been a couple of plow scrapes but many sections peeled and wore off to the original pavement. The walkway does not get plowed and it's already worn down. I have had my driveway done many times and usually get 2-3 years before a reseal. Rob, our technician knocked on the door, introduced himself and we walked the property back to the location of our septic system. Why builders always place these systems way out back is beyond me. However, Rob jumped on the job, running hoses, and I mean a LOT of hose back to the tank and started the task. Did I mention it was a hot miserable day? Rob finished quickly and cleaned up PERFECTLY! Bay State Sewage is lucky to have a technician of Rob's ability and personality. A good man! One impressive comment I must make, Rob is the first pumpout driver to come onto the property and leave without burying those big dual wheels carrying a lot of weight into the soft spring grass. Not a trace. Rob is a guy who cares about what he does. Kudos! Additionally I need to give a shout out to the office personnel, specifically Caitlin, who had a negative response from our Credit Card. NOT HER FAULT, I forgot to give them a new replacement card number. At the end of a very busy day. Caitlin was patient and understanding in senior citizen memory issues. Great people work at Bay State. Also outstanding pricing. I highly recommend Bay State for all your septic needs.

After I had hauled all of that unnecessary insulation out of my attic, the last thing I wanted was 51 trash bags decorating my North Attleboro yard all winter. From my initial contact, Obed was friendly and communicative, and he kept me posted as to the how and when. Even though I had offered to help out with the loading, Obed & co. ended up doing it themselves, because they had an opening on the early side of their ETA and showed up while I was still making ZZZs (I'm not what you'd call an early riser). The guys made short work of the mountain of bags, even though the snow and rain had added some lbs. They got all the bags in one truckload, and without risking the tires, suspension, life and limb, or the car behind them on the highway. No problemo. The whole thing was very affordable, too. (Be Grateful could charge a lot more.) Obed & co. are true professionals, who get the job done right and make it look easy. I'd definitely hire Be Grateful Junk Removal again.

I finally decided I could not finish the the job myself and called some professionals for estimates. On Grade came by and gave me an estimate, I told them I had another company coming later that day on Saturday and would get back to them ASAP. The other company kept me waiting until after 5pm that day so with that I decided on On Grade. I did not call On Grade to tell them until Monday because I don't like people calling me on Sunday so I figured they may not like either. I guess Bob was not happy that I waited that long but accepted the job. He said they would get to it in around 3 to 4 weeks later. I had no problem with that since it was early October. I called the first week of November and asked if they needed a deposit. Bob got angry saying that the weather had held them up even though I had not even asked when they would start? Needless to say they never started the job last November. Once the weather got to cold to plant grass I called and left a message asking if they would get to it this year. No return call. I called again this last Friday and as of today no return call. I would think a professional business would at least call and tell me that they were not interested in doing the job any longer. I guess I don't deserve that respect, don't know why but that is the way some people are. Would I tell any of my friends to use this company, no.
