So this lead me to give CET's course of Cleaning Service and Maintenance Technician a try. Now being a recent graduate of this class I can say that this was one of the best decisions of my life, the course wasn't that long, only 6 months and in those shorts months I learn a lot from my Instructor which was really patient and gave me a lot of 1 on 1 attention. My instructor was really young but he conducted himself professionally and with a lot of knowledge of what needed to be taught. The best thing was that my Instructor helped me find a job as soon as I graduated and all the skills required for this job I learned from him, I highly recommend this class or any other class, all the staff at CET at Watsonville are friendly and helpful.

He did a lot of demonstration and then we had a chance to work on the mannequins. I came away from the class feeling like I have what it takes to perform CPR on a person in distress. He also taught us a lot about First Aid. So all in all, I now feel very equipped with skills in CPR and First Aid. He is an excellent person to take the course from because he is a former captain in the fire department. It can't get much better than this! He is someone who has performed CPR on many, many people over the years, and responded to a lot of 911 emergencies. You can't go wrong with taking a course from a professional like him! I'm very happy with his teaching ability and would highly recommend him!

Skip's course was hands down the best course I've ever taken. It was fun, informative, and…read morememorable. Every time I've taken CPR courses in the past, I always left feeling confused. I could never piece together all the information well enough to make sense of what I do had to in the moment. Skip was able to condense the information into a learnable and retainable format that works for even the average person. He also adds additional education to the course so that you come away understanding how people respond to stress and tips on how to stay calm so that both you and your patient are safe and healthy. I will not be taking another CPR course again unless Skip is teaching it!

Learning all the skills, in addition to reading the 40+ chapters in the textbook, was definitely not easy in such a short time frame. But, the EMT's who taught this course were very knowledgeable and truly cared about your success. I think just about anyone can get through this course if you have enough dedication and truly devote all your time and energy into it for the 3 weeks it runs. For anyone looking for a place to get your EMT certs in a short period of time, this is the place to go.

We absolutely love creative play as a mom of 3 boys! My son who started attending when he was 2 was prepared for kindergarten thanks to creative play. Now my second son is in tk at creative play and has also been since he was 2. My son had a speach delay and it was Julie (the owner) whom brought it to my attention in a caring way and guided us to the process of finding the right speach therapist and thanks to her our now 5 year old is flourishing. He loves school! His teacher even came to watch one of his soccer games. (It's that kinda school). My son has made numerous friends and walks in every day holding his little school bag with confidence and looks forward to his day. My youngest son will attend this summer when he turns 2 as the summer programs are amazing they offer water day, food crafts, sports which is perfect for us working moms. Creative play is my village!
