One of the employees looked under the hood and realized that a belt was completely missing. A lot less expensive than an alternator. The tow was requested at 8:26pm and the tow truck was there by 9:06pm. This is the fastest service we have gotten any time we have used our Roadside Assitance. I will make sure to request Sagers when and if we need to use our Roadside Assistance again. Great job, very professional, timely, and very friendly!

Almost two months ago our truck was hauled to Jerry's shop. We broke down and was going to have it hauled to a local shop near our house. The driver that night talked us into having to towed to their shop. The next day we spoke with Jerry (the owner) and he told us if we brought him the 4K asap he would get the truck fixed by Tuesday with the engine being replaced. That would have been about a 4 day turn around. Took the money and got the motor. Truck was given back to me about 3 weeks later and was smoking and running just as bad. They picked it up again. And now to say it's been 55 days and no truck. We have heard every excuse in the book, all of this trucks lost or had their lug nuts stolen. Today was told his guy had covid and couldn't come in. Jerry was ALWAYS out of town. His workers were even "coming in on their day off". Nothing ever happened in the positive. Contacted my lawyer today. I hope I can help someone out with the review. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Terrible!
