I was ushered into the 1st room for vitals at 833am. Guess the nurses and any doctor are sleeping in ?? I get placed in second room quickly and waiting starts anew. Today I went there for a follow up visit I had at Care Spot down the street. The nurse practitioner misdiagnosed my symptoms, and nurse gave out wrong information. I had what I thought was a ear infection. I called first to tell them what was going on with me. Got there about 5PM. The front desk lady was super kind. The intake lady was very rude. I'm 69 years old and have health problems. New to the area so don't have a Primary yet. When she asked me what medications I took, I told her. 1 of them was a controlled substance. She said " no wonder you're off Balance and dizzy. Also added, It would take longer to heal with that kind of medication. She asked me why am I taking this, I told her. I told her I have been on the same dosage for many years, so no that's not what's making me dizzy. It's not exactly what she said, it's how she said it. At that point I no longer felt comfortable. The intake lady took me in the room and set me up for an ear irrigation. No kind words just rude. The nurse practitioner came in and was very kind. She said let's get you better. I've had this done many times so I knew what to expect. The intake lady came in and said " look we don't do this here, this is Something your Primary needs to do. By then my patience were wearing thin, I said to her, yes remember I told you I'm new to the area and I do not have a Primary at the moment. She put drops in my ears and said I'll be back we have a true emergency, a guy came in with an open wound. That was an unnecessary comment!!! of course take care of him first. I did tell the nurse practitioner exactly how I felt and she was very apologetic. Ended up not being able to clear my ears and being sent home with something to pick up to use for a few days and come back on Friday. I was told by the intake lady said they don't do follow Ups. Came in for a an asthma attack from work. The nurses wasted no time to calm me down and help me catch my breath again, it was truly amazing how fast they work. They left the paperwork for last and advised me to stay strong and got me through it. They were so kind and helpful and very supportive. I come in with a gushing bloody nose from a bite and am told I have to put on a mask. With blood actively leaking from my face. When I pointed out the blood flowing the desk lady demanded I put on the mask and then proceeded to delay my check in. It's an URGENT care. Any delay in my care will be attributed to this clinic as I left since the lady then proceeded to hand someone WITH COVID SYMPTOMS the iPad to log in and had him stand at the front desk. Just a heads up to anyone who needs medical care... this morning we needed to take our daughter to urgent care so we went to the MD Now by the Best Buy in Margate (we've used them several times before with good experiences). We got there just as they opened at 8 and I waited behind another woman to check in. The front desk woman tells us that their medical assistant is running late and they don't know when they'll arrive so they can't see patients until then. The doctor was there, but without the MA to triage patients the doctor can't see them. Annoying but there is another location about a mile away. We drive to the next location on 441 in margate and they also don't have an MA. They can't get ahold of anyone at the Tamarac location to check if they are seeing patients. I tried calling the number for the Tamarac location but I only get the main MD Now phone service so that's no help. We drive down there and the doors are locked. A staff member comes to the door and says they don't have a front desk person so they can't see patients bc no one else knows how to check people in. Seriously? We got to the next closest location on commercial and they are open! And seeing patients! But when I say my daughter is only 2 they say they can't see her bc they don't have pediatric equipment (the website states they can see patients 3 months and older). We ended up going to the ER at Northwest Hospital. I know staffing is really hard right now but shouldn't MD Now have a way to cross train their staff to handle this? Or at least a way to check in online and be notified if a location isn't operational? All these people were sitting around getting paid to not see patients bc one person called out. I truly wish I could give 0 stars to this location. The LACK of patient care is outstanding. My 7 year old son was brought in by his father around 5pm on a Sunday. An hour later he is diagnosed with influenza. My child is sick, and suffering. Prescriptions were sent to the CVS on file. Due to it being a Sunday-- turns out the pharmacy was closed. I called back asking them to send to 24 hour CVS in Boca. Called the CVS 30 min later and they only received 1 out of 2 scripts. I called MD now again, spoke to someone regarding it and she tells me they just resent them. I call CVS 10 min later and now they have the other script that was missing before, but they one they had before is now cancelled by MD Now. I call MD now for the 3rd time back and they don't answer because it was 7:58 by this time. I am pissed because my poor child now cannot take his meds and start getting better. I called back the following Monday morning and spoke with manager Camillo. He was kind and seemed to take me seriously and said they actually had THREE scripts for my son, and are sending the missing 2 to the pharmacy now. Said "we'll call you in 20-30 min to confirm everything was done." Guess what? By 4pm...no call from Camillo AND the meds are NOT AT CVS AGAIN. My poor son has a breathing treatment waiting for him! I am so beyond appalled at the lack of care anyone has here for well being of my very sick child. Shut down this location or hire new staff. It's sickening. At this point I STILL don't have the scripts. I am currently on hold with MD now for the FIFTH time in 2 days. 3 calls yesterday. 2 calls today and still have not gotten anywhere. Unbelievable. As I'm writing this on the phone the receptionist says "regular staff can't call in the scripts and the physician he saw yesterday is not here today." .... Camillo told me this morning that he was going to have the physician on site today call in the scripts. She then proceeded to ignore me, put the phone down on the table, and when I said "hello??" She placed me on hold for an additional 37 min. This place is a nightmare. read more

Was seen by Dr. Schwartz, he refused to address patient, The reason we came in for was fevers and sore throat, they didn't even take temperature, but documented it as normal. Didn't prescribe any antibiotics or antivirals for the infection that they tested for. medical assistant was very rude and hung up when we tried to ask a question about needing a prescription sent, she seemed very defensive from the start, they only want your money. Receptionist doesn't know what's going on either, this place is a full on scam. They don't want to help you don't go here. Everything about this place is legally incorrect. When I walked into this office I was told to sign in and I would be seen within 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I find out that my registration had not even started. I filled everything out digitally. After waiting another 30 minutes I go up to see what's going on only to find out I now had to fill out papers because the system kicked me out. There was absolutely no communication except when I went up to check. So after one hour 20 minutes I got into triage. after another 20 minutes I finally saw the Dr. So if you have a lot of time to waste, and expect no communication, this place if fine. Had a great experience here after slicing a fingertip open. Saw them in total for 4 visits: stitches, 3-day follow up to check for infection, stitches out 7 days later, and then another follow up. Everyone was super professional during each visit. Called corporate from outside around 8:30am and they called into that office (must be nice to be able to actually get ahold of the office) and found out that there was a doctor inside, but the receptionist hasn't shown up and they cannot let anyone in. The doctor never came out to inform the line of people starting to form outside. No information- nada. Everyone just slowly left one by one to find a different facility, which is exactly what I'm doing now. If you have a lot of time to spare and need someplace quiet to catch up on your reading (hopefully you're not too sick) this is the place to go.I waited over 2 hours to get called into the exam room.Maybe they were short handed or they just operate their business in this manner I don't know. No apology was given.After sitting in the exam room for over 20 minutes I realized that all the other people who were in the waiting room with me for the past 2 hours hadn't left yet either. I wondered then when I would be leaving? Decided then to walk out. Now I have to get my co-pay back. Luckily my credit card company will charge them back. After coming back from Mexico with Montezumas Revenge and suffering for a week I decided I must be very sick and dehydrated. My husband insisted I go to one of those walk in clinics close to my office. MD Now Urgent Care was where I chose. I arrived around 11 and to my surprise they wasn't anyone else waiting to be seen. The waiting area was clean with lots of Kleenex and hand sanitizer around. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly and courteous. I was taken to the examining room they took my vitals and the Dr. came and examined me and in his option I had to wait it out and let the bacteria work it's way out of my body. I was not dehydrated and he gave me a prescription for antibiotic in case I wasn't better in a couple of days. The Dr. was friendly and professional and I did have a nice experience there. read more

It's 7:10 and my 7 week pregnant wife and I walk in only to find out they require masks but had none to provide for us. Luckily had 2 in the car, crisis averted, right? Proceeded to explain how my wife is extremely nauseous, vomiting and can't hold anything down so I was looking to rehydrate her with an IV solution. Lady at the front desk with no type of empathy told me they don't provide IV rehydration services but at least went to the back to confirm only to come back and tell me she told me they didn't do it. Ok... now it's 7:18 and she tells me check Baptist health so I said ok let me call them to confirm before I rush out of here. I was asked to make it quick because they stop seeing patients soon. So I asked what time is the last walk in they accept and she just gave me a vague soon. So I called and found out they don't offer the service so I needed to proceed with check in but at this point the next client was at the desk filling out the iPad check in. She told me she'll be right with me and told me to move back. Unfortunately at this point my wife could see that I was very hesitant to move forward so when the lady said "Next patient.." she didn't hesitate to get up and proceed to check herself in. After giving my wife the iPad she didn't waste one second to say "Make it quick!"If it wasn't for the fact that we really needed to see someone, I would have walked out in a heartbeat, so I was left to do something I rarely do and advise people to think twice about coming to this location with this lovely ray of sunshine still unprofessionally manning the front desk. It's currently 7:41 and they almost took in a walk-in if it wasn't for not accepting their insurance. SMH Do better... Morgan and her assistant were amazing. Save your money and go to concentra. Avoid this place at all costs. They were polite and curtious but they really didn't help me. My knee is very swollen and I asked if they could drain it but they didn't tell me they don't do that until after they took my money. Very unprofessional. Now I'm no better off than before. Doctors my ass. Thanks for nothing I went there wanting medical attention and instead I get ripped off. I just paid money to have some people stare at my knee and tell me they can't do anything. The decent thing to do would have been to tell me they can't do that and then point me In the right direction, so I can get some actually medical attention. Avoid this place at all costs. They care about your money not you. I would have been better off sticking a needle or knife in my knee and draining it myself. They should seriously consider changing the name of this place to C&T now(crooks and thieves) or totally useless now. They should absolutely fire the receptionist. Instead of telling me they don't drain knees there she said it's up to the physician. They just bill your insurance and send you on your way without providing any medical help. I wish I could give this location a zero. I was given cough medicine and flonase for what seems to be an infection. I was seen by physicians assistant that recommended a flu test. The medical assistant said it takes 10 minutes for the results to come back. The PA came back in two minutes saying it was negative. I called to ask what happened to the antibiotics she promised to prescribe. Then I was told because it was viral, I didn't need them. Someone named Candice, said she would call me back. I waited two hours (20 minutes before closing), so I decided to call back. She claimed they we're extremely busy but she was going to call me. I went there to get checked out for a suspected ailment. I did not have an appointment I just walked in. I was met by a friendly front desk employee who was very helpful. It was my first visit there so they handed me a tablet to fill out my information and she full explained how to use it. When I finished and hand it back, I was told to go into the back and see the doctor. I met with a very nice friendly Doctor who quickly diagnosed the problem and gave a prescription. They are very quick to serve, not allot of smiles or welcoming. They took my vitals but did not provide results. The Dr. did a preliminary check of questions, stayed away like I had measles or something, resulted in telling me "what did you do to yourself" comment (which wasn't appreciated). The Dr. gave me a pill for fungal treatment and a cream. Did not elaborate or go into details on best way to use the cream or ways to protect myself from anything specific like: sun, hot water, pool, beach. Very disappointed in this place. My sister is a nurse but lives out of state & after seeing a Picture of my knee she told me to go to urgent care so they can drain my cyst. The cyst is just over my knee cap and I hit it over the weekend and it got infected. I showed the front desk a picture of it & she told me that the doctor could take care of it. I Walked in there at 6:30 PM got done with paperwork at 7 PM and they didn't close till 8 PM. The doctor just looks at it and tells me that she's going to prescribe two different types of Antibiotics and she cannot remove it because it's near a joint and it can get infected. Mind you it's 8 PM now and they're closing so they're rushing me out of there. Even though they greeted me nice they were very incompetent I was better off just staying at home and doing my own compress as I'm doing right now as I write this review to URGE you not to come here. The nurse had no clue where my pharmacy was even though I told her where it was so I proceeded to get up look up my pharmacy address on my phone and give it to her. She was in a hurry bc, she now says oh I have to go. Mind you it's 8 PM and my pharmacy is now closed so I can't get the anabiotic's either. I go online and review the PA notes and it's nothing what really happened, condition description is wrong & someone else signed my name. I guess my insurance doesn't have to pay. This should be interesting. My sister said she being a nurse could've drained my knee, all the PA had to do was go underneath the cyst.
