They really thoroughly explained everything and took great care of me when I couldn't get in to see my doctor. The facility was very clean. I do think they probably go a bit overboard with the cleaning sprays because it was making me want to cough with how much was in the air. But, hey!! At least you know they clean right?! I was in and out under about 45mins. I was surprisingly the only patient in for the morning. Typically urgent cares have a line outside the door at opening. So it was nice to be seen lickity split. Check-in was a breeze and if I had any questions the woman at the front desk was happy to answer. Also, they have complimentary waters for all the patients in the waiting area. The only thing I didn't like is there was a sign that said no photos/videos. On the one hand it is a medical facility and probably they want to protect everyone's privacy. On the other hand I get weary about businesses not wanting their place photographed. What do you have to hide? I do think the lobby should be fair enough for photos. Their business! Their rules! Lol. Not only were we in and out within about 30 minutes, the entire staff was absolutely WONDERFUL! Dr Paul Cumillo is the shining star, however. This incredible professional is truly an example and aspiration for the medical community. Filled with knowledge, wisdom, experience and a huge caring heart, I knew at that first visit we had found our new family doctor HOME. Dr Paul was so encouraging and kind to my teenager, gave us very helpful advice and really helped him at a level much deeper than a school check up. When my son got sick the following month, we both felt relieved that Dr Paul was right around the corner for another wonderful visit. Since then I moved my youngest from the overbooked pediatric office to this practice, and it's also where we turn to for our adult care. Dr Paul has become our beloved family doctor! He is sincerely the most caring and wonderful provider we have ever met! We're so grateful for the whole practice which is filled with very friendly and top notch staff from the moment you enter. I checked in at the front desk, and unfortunately, I did not get the lady's name, but she was very friendly and helpful. She took my ID and got all of my information, and had me signed the forms that I needed to sign.. Fortunately, the office was not busy, and I was in the back within about 15 to 20 minutes. I also didn't get the name of the lady who took my vitals, but again, she was very friendly, she took my vitals, and I explained that I had not been feeling well with a bit of a stomach ache. She did a Covid test which was negative, as I expected it to be. The final person that I saw was Monica, the nurse practitioner. Like everybody else, she was top-notch. She listened what I had to say, when I described my symptoms, she asked me if I had any pain. She looked me over, and She asked what medications I was taking, so that there wouldn't be any interactions with what she was giving me. She gave me a prescription for an anti-nausea medication to take across the street to Publix, and also we talked about what I should and should not be eating for the next few days. She also gave me a doctors note so I could file for my ticket insurance for a show. I had to miss because I got sick. She even double checked to make sure I had my flu shot I advised her that I had, And that I had also had my Covid booster as well.. That was nice of them to double check. I downloaded their app, completed the required docs all within ten minutes and they sent me a text as to when to arrive at the location. After receiving the text, I drove to the location, checked in via the app, and was asked by the very pleasant receptionist to complete a Covid-19 symptom form. My name was called in less than five minutes and the test was completed very quickly. From the time I Googled where I could get the test, to having it completed all took approximately thirty minutes. Given the world we now live in, apps and computers are making things like this easier than they once were.

Other than the fact that he didn't see the same physician every time, his care was great. Each doctor was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, very professional, and just plain knew everything about the subject. Then he went there because of an acute problem. The physician did an EKG, and arranged for paramedics to pick him up right there at the clinic. He wanted to go home first, but the doctor KNEW he shouldn't, and was able to convince him to go in the ambulance. That's an accomplishment in itself. The facility is super clean, the staff is ALWAYS kind, compassionate, and you never feel like they are rushing you. Oh, and there's usually hardly any wait time.

Not Recommended I…read morewent to this urgent care because I suspected I had a broken toe. Before going in, I called to confirm they had an X-ray machine, which they did. They took the X-ray but then told me they did not have someone available to read it and that they would call me with the results. Hours passed and I never received a call. As they were closing, I called the clinic myself and was told that the X-ray showed my toe was not broken and that it was probably a sprain. The pain never went away, so my primary care doctor referred me to a foot specialist at Holy Cross. They took another X-ray and confirmed that the toe was actually fractured. My insurance paid more than $500 for the urgent care visit, and I was later billed a $24 co-pay. I called the clinic to explain that the fracture had been missed and asked if the co-pay could be waived. The office manager told me it "shouldn't be a problem" but said she would call me back. Instead, I later received a call from the operations manager, Camilo, who told me they would not waive the $24. What is most frustrating is not just the missed fracture, but the lack of follow-up communication and unwillingness to work with me on such a small billing issue after the situation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this urgent care.
