The wait wasn't bad. They took a Covid test and EkG.The PA then said I must go to ER immediately that I I had my or Ardith's and other heart issues. I left crying and drove myself to ER. The took blood and another EKG and said I was fine. The Dr. said I would have had chest pains. When I brought to my primary care Dr. they noticed the name on the EKG was not mine. Don't use them. I contracted COVID last week and wanted a virtual visit. Setting up the appointment was pretty easy and convenient. The care provided was exceptional. Even more importantly, the follow-up care was exceptional. I was contacted at least three times over the next few days to ensure I was fine. I've been there so many times and was always taken care of properly and efficiently. Thank G-d they are there for us when needed. I wish people would stop complaining. The doctor and nurses are what is important here. Nothing else. They have always done their jobs correctly including the insurance part. Denied my $5 cash payment...the worker behind the desk,never came back....I was charged over $500 for a simple urine test and told me to take antibiotics.....3 days later they told me to stop taking them..with No reason But they didn't say why !? WTF? Kept sending me a bill on line and in the mail for the cash $5 copay I paid in person....told them to look on their camera...lady said the cameras only film for 2 days and that is it !!! Went on a Saturday AM and was taken pretty quickly. No issues there. The doctor wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic but put on hold for 4 days because she wanted to see if I got better first. OK I get that so when I wasn't feeling better and wanted to pick up a day early the pharmacy said I couldn't because it was on hold. I called MD Now and they said I would have to put in a prescription and another pharmacy. So, when my wife went to pick it up the pharmacy said it was on hold. What again?? My called MD NOW because when they sent in the new prescription, they never took it off hold. I was visiting from another state so my hands were tied on what I could do. Never again!! read more

I came here for a drug test and it was extremely nice in the waiting room. Super clean and comfortable. It smelled soooooo weird tho. Not clean but like incenses or burning oils. The smell had Spiritual type vibes. I was glad I had on a mask. It was cool for them to have a small cooler with water in it because they turned the fountains off because of COVID. It is also required to wear face masks. Kind of silly for them to make it a requirement because the receptionists did not have on their masks correctly. It was worn under their nose and over their chins most of the time. As far as customer service goes, the receptionists were not really pleasant just trying to do their jobs. I assume they see all kinds of people there and that can be draining. When I was there people were complaining about the $199 price tag for the COVID test. From the lack of any friendly communication from the front desk to the doctor that came in to tell me I have to go to the ER.i work with over 50+ doctors who are specialists. I cannot call this place a medical office because. All they do is take your BP and temp. I asked the doctor if he will be prescribing anything over the counter. He said no. I have to go to the ER. He was more concerned about his referral. More than the patient. I had to ask him if he will do certain procedures and he kept saying no. This place took awful care of me during a life-changing urgent care trip for me. Literally just completely unemphatic and lacking of any compassion. Wait time was inexcusable and even the staff mentioned a doctor was sitting in the back "doing nothing" and unsure of why the wait time was so long. Do not go here. Called me at 11:46 am was there 10 mins later and see approx 30 people waiting. Preregistering gets you NOTHING! Was told I still had to wait behind those in lobby. I wasn't feeling well and decided to go MD Now. Made an appointment for 8am and showed up at 7:55am and two people were in front of me waiting for them to open. Go inside and check in - I'm 3rd to check in. I wait and wait and wait. Five people have been called back and it's now 8:30am. I have to go to the desk and ask what their process is since I had an appointment and I was 3rd in. She tells me they don't take appointments... WHAT? She said they are changing it to only take walk ins. It didn't make sense that I received an email reminder to confirm my 8am appointment if they don't take appointments... She said it was based on order and who checked in first. I reminded her I was third in. After an hour in the waiting room I was finally called back. The staff in the back is very friendly and efficient. The nurse practitioner was gentle when testing for the flu and thorough. They even sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy so they'd be close to ready when I arrived. It's unfortunate the first part of my experience with MD Now was poor because that set the tone to not return here even though the nurses and nurse practitioner were efficient. If you're miserably sick and need quick service, this isn't the place to go. read more

Also when I left MDNow,the Dr & his staff informed me that I Couldn't have my Xrays to take with me To Show the My Doctor whom I was going to Follow-up with the Week I got hurt.They informed me that I had to go onto a website: mdnow.ambrahealth.com/access To Access my Imaging on the MD Now Imaging Portal to upload the Xrays for my Dr to See. I tried Accessing these Images Wednesday afternoon, Wednesday night, Thursday afternoon. NOTHING. I couldn't Get anything from that site except a Request saying that that don't have any information for me.So I Decided to Call the phone number on the sheet of Paper they gave me, 1-888-MDNOW-911, To hopefully reach someone who can assist me in getting my Xrays Uploaded so i can bring them with me when I went to DRS appt on Friday morning at 11am, only to be Transferred to MDNow on Congress & spoke with someone WHO PUT ME ON HOLD for"29" Minutes, then Hung up on me! I was Really annoyed, And really wanted to Reach out & Speak to someone from MDNow, because i really Needed my Xrays to show my Dr on Friday. So i tried calling again, got Put on hold Again only this time for 27 minutes & Disconnected. I have a Diagnosis of A Broken bone on my Left Foot 5th digit Metatarsal & I could Hardly Walk, & can't even do anything about Accessing my Xrays for my drs Appt.on Friday which I already PAID FOR, Thru my Insurance BCBS. So When I went to the Drs office on Friday & explained that supposedly MDNOW has a new system where I should be able to Access Xrays, but they didn't get Loaded into the system for me to see.So now They have to get MORE XRAYS of my Left Foot to Diagnose me there. Which they did, & gave me The SLEEVE to Contain my Foot to Hopefully Start Healing. When I returned Home I called BCBS to inform them about the situation that I had gone to MDNow to get Xrays taken of my Left foot & that they were supposed to Upload my Xrays to a Website me to Access, but never did, So when I went to see my other Dr, Foot Surgeon, they themselves had to Take another set of Xrays also.So now within 1 week, i had 2 sets of the Same Xrays, Because MDNOW wouldn't give me them to take to my Dr/ Nor could I Upload them to Show the Dr.& wanted to make Sure that i am Not Billed for the Negligence Because of MDNow! read more

I went to this urgent care after being sick with bad upper respiratory symptoms for 3 days and they were getting worse. The entire appointment took OVER 3.5 hours!! I was literally sitting there, beyond sick, and could have been at home resting. I had to request a strep test. I literally got swabbed for everything under the sun and it took them an hour to come back in the room after that. Who knows if the results were even valid after that long. The doctor told me to take an at-home Covid test myself the next day....should have offered a PCR when my rapid came back negative. I could hear him in the hall loudly telling the nurses "she has Covid!" But then telling me I was negative. It was terrible. I will go anywhere else after that experience. this is the worst walk in clinic. They misdiagnose patients to collect multiple copayments. They call you to follow up prior to your medication being completed, then recharge you if you still have symptoms.The staff is not trained in customer service, not medically professional. Only one Dr. They said it would be a 2.5 hr wait. It was over 4 hrs. Said COvid test would have results in 48 hrs. I called after 72 hrs and they said it should be the next day. At that point I assumed it was negative because no one called. 6 days after I saw the Dr. I decided to call and report that no one had contacted me with results. They checked and said the results came in positive yesterday. I am livid! No one called or emailed. Avoid at all costs. What a unprofessional service. Dr. Elliot Waron Was one of the nicest and most genuine doctors I've ever experienced. As someone who has been through the gamut of doctors due to chronic health issues, it's extremely challenging to find doctors who mot only care, but are willing to go above and beyond for their patients. This particular doctor is a breath of fresh air.I went in for a standard Covid test ,which was executed perfectly and not painful at all. Well in the room discussing my health history, Dr. Waron Took a genuine interest in my health woes. I would give zero stars if I could. No one who works here see,s to give a damn about the patients. No one is cordial or greets you at the front desk. The doctor I saw had no bedside manner. Fast, abrupt and leave! I went in with a horrible non-stop cough and felt absolutely horrible. I stupidly toLd the doctor that I took a Covid test on Wednesday night and it was negative. He didn't suggest or offer to test me. He examined me and told me that I had a cold and to take vitamins and eat fruits and vegetables. I've been here twice, both times for laryngitis unfortunately. But the both times I've been here the staff has been very friendly and todays dr was really friendly and polite. There wasn't a long wait which was good since I was feel like crap! The office is clean and always well kept as well as the rooms. I don't get sick very often but when I have I come here. Literally the worst urgent care ever!! I waited over 2 hours for NOTHING, they had no problem taking my money but had to wait another 20mins for a refund so I can go wait all over at ANOTHER urgent care! When i complained about them taking patients before me (I watched 2 new patients come in after me and then get taken back to be seen before me) I approached respectfully the front desk, the intake MA, addressed the other receptionist about not putting the patients in the correct order. Then I saw it happen again after waiting another 30mins, she called another patient back who came in WAY AFTER ME! Finally, i just asked for a refund bc it was ridiculous! overall I paid $150 to wait in a freezing cold waiting room, sick and running fever, for over 2 hours, just to have to wait for my refund and go somewhere else all over again! I went there Sat. AM with red, itchy eyes and swollen eyelids, plus tenderness in the sinus area. I went through pouring rain to get there, and waited a few minutes only to be told that the MD on duty would not see me because of COVID 19. I had the symptoms of pinkeye and sinusitis, and none for COVID 19. They said I could use telemed, but I cannot. I do not have a smart phone, and my computer does not have video that would allow the doctor to see my face. Not everybody has all the latest technology, folks. I ended up going to ER, where I was seen promptly. It cost me far more, however. I intend to alert my PCP and my medicare agent to this experience. I woke up with a high fever and was able to check in online prior to going into MD Now. The process was very easy, and they were efficient in getting me checked in and seen by the doc very quickly. The staff and doc were all very friendly and pleasant. Overall it was a calm and inviting environment, and made being diagnosed with the flu (although not fun) a bearable experience. Don't ever go to this location-they we're supposed to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy but only sent 1 out of 4. When I called they said they sent them and also called the pharmacy. They did neither. I had to drive back and get prescriptions from them and drive back to pharmacy. They out and out lied to me on the phone and at the clinic. Took my husband in for covid. He was really very sick. We got pretty good service and medication for him. That's why I give a 2 star rating. The next day I went to get tested as I was getting the symptoms. They ran out of rapid tests and had to do the pcr test which would take 24-48 hours for results (I'm elderly, overweight, and have diabetes...al reasons to be medicated for covid). It has been 4 days and I still have no response. I've tried to register in the patient portal but it's not working and just runs for the loading process indefinitely. I tried calling which takes you to a central location and you have to jump through hoops to get connected to the proper locale. Then they first told me there were no results yet and somebody would call when there were. The next time they just disconnected the line!. Very disappointed in this place. If it weren't for them saving the husband they'd get no rating from me. read more

I only had a short wait, the front desk, x-ray tech and other employees were fantastic. I was given a very supportive brace for my arm. The weird thing was that I said I had level 3 pain and the Dr gave me a script, I didn't know what it was. I assumed it was naproxen. When I tried to have it filled the pharmacy said that they wouldn't fill scripts from this Dr since he's under investigation. Asked what the script was and was told a controlled medication. I certainly didn't need anything like that for level 3 pain. Isn't this why so many people have addictions to prescription drugs. Love MD Now in Boynton, I just wont be seen by that Dr again read more
