When I called back the next day the pricing had increased by $30 per child. Since we have been dealing with lice for 2 weeks without success, I decided to give it a try. Both of my daughters had the AirAlle treatment. When checking out I was told I would have to spend an additional $60 for the take home kit which I was thought was part of the service. I was assured that this would kill both lice and nits. We changed all of their bedding that day and vacuumed and cleaned the house to prevent a recurrence. Within two days, I found new nits in my older daughter's hair. The technician confirmed she did not see nits on her hair during our visit. She also had not been back to school yet. It was disappointing to spend close to $300 to have someone blow dry my daughter's hair for 30-45 and receive a price of paper says saying she was lice free. Save your money, watch a YouTube video and you will have better luck. I gave it 2 stars was because the center was clean, the staff was friendly and they had good options to keep the kids entertained during the process.

So 100 google searches and 3 hours later, I went to the dermatologist and They pronounced it lice, and sent me off to buy a prescription shampoo. After calling BACK lice happens (Carol and Nancy) and telling them the whole scenario, I sent photos of what I had bagged. I was told it would be $100 per person for a total of $200 for treating long, thick hair for lice/nits. Instead on the spot it was charged $250 per person for a total of $500. I tried to dispute it, but I was told the price I was charged was the correct price. The fee to come to my home ($125) was also a little higher than quoted ($100) on the phone. They knew the distance to my home. On the other hand Adrian and her team were very nice and professional. They did a very good job and were knowledgeable. I do recommend the business, but make sure you lock in the price with email or text confirmation before they come to your home so that it is not changed.
