Situated in the heart Parramatta Chinatown, this unsuspecting gem is my new favorite restaurant for anything in the realm of delicious Chinese. And yes that realm exists. Initially I wasn't sure if I could trust a Chinese restaurant who only had professional and possibly photoshopped photos versions of their dishes on their website but after dining here, you can believe in those pics. The most impressive part of about this restaurant is the quality of the dishes. For a cuisine known for being too oily or fried, the food here is very well balanced. And so much choice, including what they call "aussie favorites". You can find this place busy throughout the week, we've chosen to eat in lately rather than takeaway because it's decent enough to eat in. if you're vegetarian they have plenty of choice dishes for you too. Honestly I'm quite impressed with the food here and so far haven't got sick of it yet.

The peking duck dish is quite good but experienced better one elsewhere. What really stands out is their pancake which is very thin and tasty. The duck is reasonably juicy. everything else is as expected. The chicken corn soup is very salty. So does the Shan Dong chicken which also lacks punchy ingredients such as garlic, chili, lemon and sugar. Even the shallots which should be there in generous serving is a bit shy. The handmade duck noodle however is nice but we can't say it's worth to wait that long.
