I had booked online for an interior detail, they were in contact to ask if there was pet hair in the vehicle and notified me that it would be $23-$35 extra. It ended up being $75 extra. If this extreme jump in price had been communicated I probably would not have chosen this detailer. But again, he did do a great job. After he left the car was dead because the batter had drained during his time detailing it. I had called him to see if he could give the car a jump and he said he couldn't and refused to take responsibility for draining the battery (how else was it dead after 90 minutes of detailing with the doors open?). Now, a day later, the car has to be towed by AAA to get it to start again. Great work, bad business.

I just picked up my vehicle. I had communicated with Claude to go over the areas needing to be fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, some parts were still not repainted and I have different colors on the hood versus the body side molding. When I mentioned this to him, he indicated the vendor sent that paint, but why didn't he say "it doesn't match." I was hoping to walk away satisfied but this has been a learning experience. I had to take my car as I need transportation and was tired of borrowing my sister's car. He didn't seem to care that I was unsatisfied.

The gentleman who did the detailing, Corey, was very nice! I think in general the work was good. Both vehicles certainly came out looking far better than they were. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the work and it saved me a lot of time not doing them myself.
