They actually are so much more cheaper than the big name companies. Why because they do everything in house locally. Once we decided to go with them they came and did their own measurements/design and gave us an even better rate. We were defiantly sold. They matched everything Closet by Design offered all the way down to the type of cabinets you wanted. Karen, the designer, was happy to answer all my questions and make changes to our design throughout the process. On install day, they did arrive more towards the end of the designated arrival time but he got to work right away. He removed everything and even paint patched the removal areas, which would have not been Included with Closet by Design. Install took all day which is understandable but so so so worth it. I love it so much and I think it just adds so much more space to our closet.

We noticed they did shower doors so we thought it would be worth waiting since we also needed one of those. 12 noon came and no one was there yet. 12:05 then 12:10 and closed sign remained on door. At this point we thought to ourselves that besides being unprofessional, this was probably a bad sign of what their service would be like if we proceeded. The first floor they brought had the drain in the middle. Then they brought one with a 6" step over. We had to wait for them to get the correct floor. The floor is also a bit slipper, making it hard to stand on. There was also a problem with the glass shower doors. There is a piece of rubber in the outside edge of the floor guide that did not allow the doors to move easily. The man came and attempted to fix it but it still does not work right. The cost was very high! Almost $13,000!
