Bob was flexible in that he donated his DJing for the event, as it was a fundraiser for a nonprofit. He was also willing to let other DJ's spin if they wanted to, as long as they got in touch with him. Bob clearly cares a lot about his customers and does everything in his power to make the events successful and fun. Not only is Bob one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, but he has a passion for DJing and making the atmosphere of the party great from the start to the finish of the party. Even after the crowd predictably died down at my event, due to the time of the night, some partygoers did not want to leave Bob's tunes. Throughout the whole venue, which was quite big, the sound travelled well thanks to Bob's careful consideration. He lugged all the equipment himself with the assistance of one other helper, which I also appreciated. He was quick to produce any document I needed, such as insurance, when we were going through the process of setting up the event, which made things a lot easier on my part. It was a pleasure to work with Bob and rest assured, he carries my highest recommendation for any DJ/sound work that you may request. I worked with Bob due to the fact that he was suggested to me by another, and I will continue to encourage my organization to use his business and also recommend him to others as well.

He kept communication open in the months prior to the wedding, helping us plan the reception and timing of each event, working with our reception to coordinate, and providing recommendations that fit our style as needed. He was organized, prepared, and had excellent communication throughout the planning process and wedding night. He helped us stay on time throughout the reception (and as the bride, that was SO helpful because I had no idea what time it was all night). I couldn't have imagined a more perfect evening, and that was in huge part because of DJ Mike. I received many compliments from wedding guests on Mike - we would highly recommend him!!

From the first contact, Mike was always professional, prompt, and it was clear he knew his stuff. Not only is he great at what he does, but he is also always trying to re-innovate and stay on top of the newest trends without getting distracted from making your event the best possible. Mike is a maven of his skill, and it would be easy to see his business expanding into a full service wedding company. He kept everyone engaged, tailored the music to our exact taste, and fit seamlessly into our wedding incorporating culturally traditional pieces, and fun engaging games. He also coordinated the music in a super complicated set up without a single hiccup (3 floors plus outdoor ceremony space). Mike collaborated well with the other vendors, and even gave us some great recommendations for other vendors we had not booked yet. He was available if needed before and day of, and was honestly, the reason the bride didn't stress the day of. Certainly worth every penny and more and we could not imagine having anyone else in his place!!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond, making our day absolutely perfect!

We met with him and had a really pleasant conversation about what we wanted and what music we wanted to hear. We were pretty open - we didn't want to plan out everything for him, but there were definitely songs we wanted to hear. Eric was great, gave us a form to fill out with the names of everyone involved and songs we wanted. My wife also gave another list of songs that we would like to hear. We were excited. On the day of the wedding, I don't know what happened. Eric seemed like a different person. I'm not sure why or what happened, but other people told us the same thing. First - he mispronounced my last name. He introduced my parents with the wrong name, then my brothers. I called one of the workers at the venue to stop him before he did it to me. He corrected himself and made a little joke about it. Because, you know, mispronouncing the groom's name is hilarious. He messed up our first dance. He told us that it would be a nice idea to play a second song after our first song and invite our parents up for a dance and then the bridal party. We selected Frank Sinatra "The Way You Look Tonight". After our first song ended, Eric didn't say a word - nothing. He just started playing "You Make Me Feel So Young" by Sinatra. My wife and I looked at each other, waiting for Eric to ask our parents to come up but nothing. So we danced to play it off. What are we, 80 years old? How does that song even make sense? Not a word through the song either. Also, the only song I asked Eric not to play was "I Will Survive". It was one of the first 5 songs he played. Every time people would get up and dance, he would decide to "clear the dance floor". Songs skipped and he repeated other songs. Just a really disappointing experience. I really would have preferred an Ipod playlist than what we received. If you're looking for a DJ in the Binghamton area, look elsewhere.

We ( you & I ) really seemed to hit it off well in person. However the dinner situation was out of my hands & I understand that I would take the responsibility for the success of your entire event. Your "Yelp" review is understandable & I would have been disappointed too... However I believe there are others that deserve the Focus of your disappointment.
