Ok great. When I sat down I noticed her speaking to another young lady at desk and then they both looked directly at me. Subtle. The assistant that took me to the room was pleasant. As before. Dr. Diskin was great and took time to explain things. No complaints with Dr. diskin whatsoever on my eye exam. When I scheduled a follow up appointment it was with a different front desk girl who was vey kind.

This goes against Medicare guidelines which say if a doctor accepts Medicare, you can make an appointment with them directly without a referral of any kind. Just another ploy on Grene Vision's part to get you to pay to see one of their optometrists which traditional Medicare won't cover, before you can see one of their opthalmologists, who don't do eye surgery anyway. If you're like me, save having to see three doctors and just make an appointment directly with an opthalmologist who can examine you and also do surgery, if needed.

Then she told me that it will be $150 due at the time of that appointment, I told her that my insurance covers those appointments and she says "insurance DO NOT cover those types of appointments" I told her I would bring in my insurance benefits when I come in for that appointment for her to see and she says "I will just have her print them out, YOU don't need to do ANYTHING".
