I was blamed for being angry and having a schedule that was I cooperative with theirs despite being off today. We waited and I put off many things assuming they would be here as they confirmed the visit. We were then told by text that our case was closed. This is after a confirmation of schedule conflict and then confirming that 3:30 was a good time. Then nope it was our case was closed and I was belligerent for being so angry having rescheduling my entire day based on their confirmation that it was a go. Now we are told to just get another provider which I think sounds best based on prior reviews and lack of respect we are shown. Don't do any business with this company as they assume you're the problem and they claimed they are scars of us. Wow we are way more scared of the lack of service they didn't provide. Look elsewhere and save yourself the time.

I did my research before making my decision on which agency to go with. They are very attentive, whenever there is a problem or questions need to be answered, they take care of it as soon as possible. If they aren't amazing enough, they just got even better, Last night I received a text saying for me to pick up a free turkey for my client, and 2 pies for myself. This was for all clients and caregivers. I walked in the office today to pick them up, and there were dozens and dozens of turkeys and pies! I have never worked for a company that is doing this. They are absolutely amazing! If you are thinking about working for this agency, you wont regret it, THEY ARE THE BEST!!

My mother is currently at an appointment right now, and Dr Cimino has a habit of always being over an hr late. Appt check in 10am. Talking to my mom, and the Dr is still 20mins away. It is now 11:28am. Nobody has come to tell her anything. She's just sitting there. First thing i will be doing is contacting the State Dept of Health. After that, I'll contact the State Capital, to file a complaint as well. It will be a paper trail of complaints until they fix this issue. She's paying all this money, and they just keep giving her medication. She doesn't even know why she takes 3 of them. The doctor mailed her a box, and told her to take these as well. Unprofessional, terrible work ethic, and even worst doctor to the patients. Go on any review site and you can see what I'm talking about. All the complaints are similar, and very lengthy reviews.
