Dr. Mirna is delightful! She is so sweet and engaging. I felt like she did a very thorough exam, NOT like one of those dentists who rushes in at the end of the appointment and looks at your teeth for 20 seconds. No one explained that it would be performed or that it had a separate fee. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable. When I went back to speak with the manager, she was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she blamed me and said, "Did you ask?" This is extremely unprofessional -- it is the clinic's responsibility to inform patients before doing any additional procedure or charging extra fees. I left feeling disrespected and financially taken advantage of. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who expects honesty, transparency, and proper communication.

She fell on a pumpkin at a pumpkin patch at 4 years old and her two front teeth became impacted in her gums. We had to surgically remove her two front teeth. It was a painful procedure and he was so sensitive with cosmetic concerns from me and pain concerns from her! Dr. Cregger is also very conservative on all procedures and I have always felt he is in this speciality for his love of pediatrics and dentistry, not for making exorbitant profit at the expense of the children and parents. His staff is also spectacular. There is very little turnover in assistants and they always remember specific details about my kids. They are also open on Fridays which is a huge plus for me.
