I have personally witnessed the current apartment managers verbally abuse non-white residents on three separate occasions. Including but not limited to name calling and screaming obscenities at non-white children ages 3 and 4, glaring evilly at them while they sobbed thier little bitty hearts out. When questioned as to how they can justify thier abusive behavior they become irate, immediately call the police, and use thier position to remove any that dare, they have no accountability, the owners do not want to hear it.
Furthermore, as stated by the other reviewer on this page, the apartment materials are cheap, the manager stated that a door would have to be replaced because of double sided poster tape on the door ruins the glossy finish. $200 charge for daring to hang a door poster. Take pictures or video tape when moving in and out. They will try to charge you for anything, especially new carpet, they instruct you not to clean the carpet because "regular" carpet cleaning supposedly would ruin it, which enables them to take pictures of a dirty carpet which they can then declare "ruined".

1) Yesterday it was 1 door with a hole, 1 door with surface scratches, and one door with poster tape. Today in the comment below now apparently there are 3 doors with holes??? Hmmmm
Note to current residents when asked if door posters are not allowed the manager yelled in my face, "this is not your home" so remember despite paying $1200 a month, this is not your home.
2) First incident, managers wife on a very hot day took issue with tenants grandchildren swimming, they were 1 little bitty 3 year old over the resident guest limit. She wanted the pool for herself and her friends, so she proceeded to cuss and yell and threaten police. The babies were crying as she yelled at them like dogs git, git, git. When questioned about why she would talk this way to children and why would she threaten trespassing charges to residents, she then did call the police, who did nothing as these residents did nothing wrong.
Note to future residents, 1 pool guest per resident including babies!
3)second incident, Manager yelled across parking lot in front of other tenants, "don't walk on that you (f-word) Idiot" when my sister crossed the newly redone blacktop, one of the other tenants (a white lady) had just crossed the blacktop to the manager and he was chatting amiably with her, when questioned about the obviousness of the different treatment, he states, "well that part was dry"
4)third incident, Tenant returns to give back oven sheet mistakenly packed, she inquires about the reference that was promised if she left quietly in thirty days following the first incident. She meticulously cleaned all but the rug which she had been instructed not to clean by the manager. Once again the manager treated her with a despicable amount of disrespect. Informing her that she was being charged for three doors and a new carpet. Understandably dismayed she set out for proof of his dishonesty, however the carpet was already ripped out and I could only get pictures of the two doors. The only belligerent person was the manager, who once again referred to my sister as an F-word idiot. He also stated that she was stupid to have believed him about the reference. Yes, he called the police, they took our statements and advised us to file a civil case. We were not forcibly removed, the police said that we legally had no right to be there, so we left. read more
