For completing our tax returns, they took several months and I had to send them countless emails to follow up and continue asking about the status. They had promised to get everything done much sooner. They made many errors in the tax preparation and it required a lot of back and forth before getting the tax returns filed. And finally, after everything was done, they overcharged my credit card for their services. They promised to fix this and refund the amount charged incorrectly, but they never did so. This firm is a complete scam and a ripoff. Avoid them at all cost!
