Nevada told us he had been doing this work for years and represented that he would represent us, communicate and negotiate with the IRS on our behalf, and work toward resolving our tax matter. He also provided legal and financial advice throughout the process. As the months passed, we repeatedly asked for the actual executed documents, IRS correspondence and confirmation of the work he told us had been completed on our behalf. Nevada repeatedly assured us he had everything and would provide it, but he never did. The more we pressed for documentation and updated statuses, the more frustrated he seemed to become. Eventually, we were essentially told that we needed to trust what he was doing. Nevada also told us that penalties and interest would freeze once documents were submitted. The opposite occurred...the penalties and interest accrued at a rapid rate! We later learned that IRS notices requiring action had been going to Nevada through the Power of Attorney he filed, yet those notices were not being relayed to us. We believed our matter was being handled while important IRS notices were going unanswered. At our final meeting, after approximately ten months, Nevada still could not provide documentation substantiating the filings, negotiations or other substantive work he had represented was being done. We also learned that changes had been made to documents containing our information without us having the opportunity to review the changes and confirm their accuracy. We then contacted the IRS ourselves. Based on what multiple IRS representatives told us and the account records available to us, the only action we were able to verify was the Power of Attorney. We could not verify the other substantive work we had been led to believe had occurred. Only after we began questioning the work being performed did we discover that Nevada has an extensive, publicly documented disciplinary history that predates our experience, including prior Georgia Supreme Court disciplinary proceedings, his September 2024 disbarment, and an IRS suspension from practice before the IRS effective March 18, 2025. Nevada Michael Tuggle, Georgia State Bar No. 301224, was DISBARRED by the Supreme Court of Georgia on September 4, 2024. We also discovered that the IRS Internal Revenue Bulletin lists Nevada M. Tuggle as indefinitely suspended from practice before the IRS effective March 18, 2025. Our engagement occurred after some of those dates, yet Nevada represented to us that he was representing us and negotiating with the IRS on our behalf. As if that wasn't devastating enough for us- when I originally attempted to publicly share our experience, Nevada demanded that the review be removed. In communications we have preserved, he threatened our business, threatened to publish all our private information he had obtained about us, and made statements about destroying and suing us if we published the review. He also asked us for more money! One thing we strongly encourage others to do is research Nevada Michael Tuggle personally, not just the business name. Through our research, we became aware of his association with multiple businesses/services, including areas outside tax services. *This review reflects our personal experience, communications and documentation we have preserved, information provided to us during our contacts with the IRS, and publicly available court and government records.* Records are publicly available and easy to find: * Georgia Supreme Court Disbarment: Google "Nevada Michael Tuggle S24Y1018 S24Y1019 Georgia" -- Supreme Court of Georgia decision dated September 4, 2024; Georgia State Bar No. 301224. * IRS Disciplinary Record: Google "Nevada Tuggle IRS Internal Revenue Bulletin 2025-25" -- the IRS disciplinary bulletin listing Nevada M. Tuggle, Attorney, Duluth, Georgia, as indefinitely suspended from practice before the IRS effective March 18, 2025.

We hired Ms. Noibi to handle both our corporate and personal tax returns, and during our initial conversations she promised that both returns would be completed within 14-21 days after submission of all required documents. We submitted all files on September 30, 2025, yet the returns were not completed until October 31, 2025--a full 30 days later. Despite the delay, communication was inconsistent at best. Calls and messages often went unanswered for nearly 24 hours, making it nearly impossible to get timely updates or answers to straightforward questions. During a recorded meeting, Ms. Noibi's tone and behavior were highly unprofessional. She repeatedly interrupted and talked over both myself and my spouse, refusing to let us finish our questions or concerns. When we attempted to address issues or request clarification, her responses were dismissive and at times outright hostile. This created an uncomfortable working environment that made it clear she was not interested in representing our best interests as clients. Adding to the frustration, Ms. Noibi issued invoices that lacked any detail explaining what we were being charged for, and they did not reflect the $500 deposit we had already paid on October 2, 2025. When we raised these concerns, we were met with more defensiveness rather than professionalism. Ultimately, she stopped communicating altogether and even stated on a recorded call that she had "wasted her time and efforts." We have since terminated our relationship with her and requested that all invoices be voided and our deposit refunded. Based on our experience, we cannot in good conscience recommend Ms. Noibi for any CPA or accounting services.
