I originally went there to have my dog neutered but was told he had to have an exam first . So sadly I missed my appointments .Finally on the fourth attempt I was an hour late and a very nice woman vet saw me . As we were done she said the estimate for the surgery would be emailed to me . I left the appointment and was sitting back in my car and there was this voicemail from Kristen who told me they didn't want me as a customer. Prior to that a paid $90 for a missed appointment my punishment. I messaged this lady back and said I just finished seeing the vet and she told me to wait for an email for the surgery. I tried explaining to her why I was late mainly stemming from a brain tumor which totally turned my world upside down so she I guess felt bad but them she had another opportunity. I eventually got the estimate for his surgery of $1300 maybe 1400 . I couldn't believe it most neutering I knew went from about $500 to 800 . So I think Kristin took that as an opportunity to get rid of me !! Oh well . They need a lot of help in compassionate understanding , pricing and animal care .
