Eason and Tambornini, A Law Corporation ROCKS!…read more I have been represented by Kyle Tambornini since approximately 2016 on a few cases, and I can confidently say that Kyle and his entire team are exceptional. When I look back on the years they worked with me, one thing stands out clearly: Kyle never promised me anything he could not guarantee. What he did promise was that he would work hard for me, and he absolutely followed through. To have your attorneys number and have him answer when you have questions has been such a satisfaction, I can't explain to you the comfort it made me feel. Kyle and his team guided me through every step of each case with patience, clarity, and professionalism. They made sure I understood what was happening, what my options were, and what the next steps would be. I never felt lost or confused because they were always there to explain everything in a way that made sense. Thanks to their dedication, persistence, and teamwork, I was awarded a settlement far larger than I ever expected. Their commitment to doing things the right way and fighting for the best possible outcome truly paid off. If you want a law firm that is honest, hardworking, and genuinely invested in your success, Eason and Tambornini is the team you want in your corner. First post many years ago: So far so good, not a lot of communication but it may be stuff I DONT UNDERSTAND. I can tell you that doctors talk highly of this place meaning they must take care of their customers... By the way I'm a huge critic of bad service ! I stand behind this post 100%

The York firm focuses on cases against senior care facilities, which generally as an industry, are more often than not owned by money-centric, unethical individuals and corporations who intentionally understaff with poorly trained, poorly supervised, and a constantly rotating staff of low-paid workers. Despite the serious and egregious nature of your case, don't assume it will go to trial for millions, as it will most likely end in a settlement for far less than you may legitimately believe it's worth. Unfortunately, this is a reality of economics, state legislation that often protects these slimy businesses, and dealing with the insurance companies that insure them. Nonetheless, Wendy York runs a good firm, and Attorney Dan Jay is easy to work with, very personable, and is as disgusted with these companies as you are. He is well organized, capable, keeps in communication with you throughout, and will listen and consider your input and wishes. Do I think the case resulted in a settlement large enough considering what happened to my mother? No, of course not. Is this the very best injury law firm in the country? I don't know, but Wendy was the only one I could find anywhere in Northern California that would talk to me about this type of case, and Dan is a good man, and worked conscientiously on behalf of my mother. Would I hire them again? Yes.

Omar, Ted, and Joe were empathetic while also not afraid to pursue rights denied to my father. They were available by email, phone, and text to answer any questions or concerns we had. The office staff was on top of making sure my father had an interpreter/translator at his medical workers comp appointments. If I could change anything differently I would have reached out to Omar Gonzalez's team earlier in my father's injury. Workers Comp and Disability is a process that has a lot of paperwork to navigate. Omar's team made sure that we stayed on track. Omar and the lawyers are frequently busy going to court, however they always got back to me within the day or two. My father and our family are grateful that Omar and his team worked so hard for him. I was very impressed by Omar Gonzalez's professionalism and ability to fight for my father to get medical attention while also getting the "decision" changed. Workers comp is a very long process and our case took a few years. Omar's team never gave up on us. I worked with a Lawyer that was provided from Allsup on my father's case and she was all over the place. I had to continually repeat facts about my father's case to her. This was not the case with Omar's team. They knew who my dad's doctors were, when he was injured etc. Omar, Joe, Ted are among the "good guys" that you want to know. I recommend Omar Gonzalez's law firm to anyone that got injured on the job.

When my wife and I needed our trusts redone, I researched available law firms specializing in wills and trusts. Yee Law Group stood out during my research, and we are very happy we chose them for this project. At our first meeting with Michael Yee, it was obvious that he was an expert in this area of the law. He confidently answered all of our questions in ways that made his answers clear and understood. He gave us full confidence in every aspect of the professional relationship. Importantly, every communication with his staff was friendly and helpful, and it made us feel as though we were important clients of the firm. Our project is now complete, and it is easy for me to add my own 5-star review to all of the other 5-star reviews earned by Michael's law firm. The professional fee charged was fair, and I highly recommend Yee Law Group for all legal matters relating to wills and trusts.
