This was not only inappropriate but also caused the child severe anxiety and emotional stress, as she was being pressured to take sides in a custody dispute she should have been shielded from. Attorneys have an obligation under the California Rules of Professional Conduct to avoid conduct that harms minors or undermines the integrity of the legal process. Under California law, only the parent with legal custody may authorize a minor's participation in such interviews (Fam. Code § 3025.5). The opposing parent had no legal authority to give that consent. Mr. Weinberger's repeated involvement with the child, in my opinion, violated both the law and ethical duties owed by attorneys. We will be reporting Mr. Weinberger to the California State Bar for investigation under, among others, Rule 4.2 (communication with a represented party without consent) and Rule 8.4 (misconduct involving dishonesty or prejudicial conduct). Based on my personal experience, Mr. Weinberger's actions crossed serious professional and ethical lines, harmed a minor, and undermined fairness. I can tell you this Todd Bissell is very professional to work with. He will update you on your case…read moreevery time there's a change and will even call every month to update you, even if the case is still in the same stage. It is only him plus his assistant at that office so it's not like other attorney offices where there's a bunch of attorneys. So when you call, you won't get transferred to a different lawyer that doesn't even know your case. I had worked with Todd on two cases for over two years. I would highly recommend him if you ever get into a car accident. He charges 33% I believe for his service in the end. He's open to all questions and won't make you feel like you can't ask any questions.

I had an accident at Honda of Elk Grove Ca. Now yes I had prior medical minimal. I told lawyers everything about medical didn't leave anything out. I mean why would I records show what you don't. When I called them and told them what happened they said they could take case and don't worry about anything. I did let them know I was referred to them with amazing results and positivity. We threw the whole thing I was told by Ashton don't worry we are taking care of everything and it's going well, you just worry about getting better. I emailed them constantly to give updates and called. Still nothing to worry about I was told. I have permanent medical issues from the incident. I went through HELL medically during this process, as well did my husband. Not once was I ever told well prior medical is an issue or anything not one. Not until it came towards the end of my case. Also at that point I was told I could get another layer. They knowingly knew I couldn't due to the fact it was coming too and end. There are two brothers who were on my case. I was told by Scott Ashton that F. Radich Motors, Inc lawyer wasn't going to give this amount. Scott was so worried about the other side. He was definitely not concerned with my case at all. His brother Craig Ashton had called me and expressed that my medical history , which was not related to this case and was female related. Was why I got so very and I mean very little from the lawsuit. Honda did put signs up but this was a few months back this year 2026. I basically went through all this on a hope and pray. During my deposition, Scott Ashton he didn't say anything. He just listened and didn't go over anything prior to the deposition. Other than you know just be honest and tell him everything that you told us and I did so apparently from all that is what cost me my case, according to his brother Scott and Craig Ashton, but what got me towards the end of the case about a year into or so they were so worried about Honda and what they were thinking that they didn't give a sh** about me now I know somebody just recently gotten a car accident got the same amount as me I had permanent damage limited mobility, and I had to have surgeries due to this accident. Let's just say I couldn't buy a house in California. That's how little I got. I couldn't even buy a car with the amount I got because they were worried about Honda and what Honda was thinking. I don't care less about Honda. They probably got kicked back from Honda. Then they called their selves doing a favor by their attorney fees, I didn't care. The lack of accountability that Ashton and Price. Scott Ashton kept coming back to me with Honda isn't going any higher than what I had told you. I just don't know I know him he's a good lawyer. I don't care your job is to fight for me and go higher and then have them work down not go lower. Craig Ashton is arrogant and made a point to let me know he had 30yrs experience. I also have recorded phone calls of them saying we can't get any more. We're concerned about what they're thinking and blah blah blah.. I know this is not just about the amount it's about the lack of courtesy. They took to take care of their client the inability to do their job to not worry about what the Hondas Lawyer is worried about or what they're thinking. I look at it like this. God gave me what he wanted me to have and Ashton in Price law firm. They have to deal with God and karma is a bit**. And I do have tons of photos, but I'm not gonna post them.
