These guys missed a ton of stuff in my house. I'm still dealing with issues they should have warned…read moreme about. Of course they were recommended by my real estate agent (at Warren real estate). So far they've missed: cracks from improperly hung drywall (they blamed me for this one somehow, supposedly it couldn't have appeared in the time since their inspection), gas leaks in the basement, water damage in a bathroom, a furnace that technicians said might have never been seriously serviced (dealing with a carbon monoxide scare and huge gas plumbing bill as I type this). Avoid these guys and any real estate agents that recommend them like the plague.

Terrible place...not only did they smell like marijuana every time they came in my house they…read moreexpected me to pay them for a radon mitigation system before it was put in and throughout the whole process called once a day asking me to pay them for a job that wasnt done. When the radon levels came back bad they needed me to move some stuff in the basement and expected me to do it in a couple hours. When I explained to them that I have work and I will move it when I get the chance they decided to show up to my house without even calling when I called to tell them that I didnt appreciate them coming to my home when I wasnt there I got yelled at by Rick and told that I was a terrible customer because it took me too long to move boxes. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS MAN'S SERVICES!! Rick Kie of Accredited Home Inspections installed a radon…read moresystem for us four years ago. When we contacted him a month later about concerns we had that the system wasn't functioning correctly due to repairs made to the sump pump where it was installed, he begrudgingly came back to check on the system. At that point he became irate, saying the system was working fine (even though the liquid in the J tube had nearly disappeared completely, so there was no way for us to gauge the system), and then demanded cash for his inconvenience, which we regretfully paid him. No repairs were made, not even to the broken gauge. He stated he would write a report documenting the visit. When we got the report, it cited a number of things that needed to be corrected, which he did NOT mention at his visit. We assumed the report was not a matter of urgency since he stated at the visit nothing was wrong and he had not made any arrangements with us to fix the problems AND since some of the information in the report was erroneous. We are writing now because we have recently found out that we have radon levels in our basement 10x the acceptable levels, and we will never forget how awful he was! Basically, he lied to our faces by stating everything was fine, then sent a report citing problems, and then never followed-up with us about his poorly installed system to make sure we were safe. We find this unacceptable.
