It happens on a regular basis and at multiple locations where he does/has worked.) 3- Have the non-assaulted third party run to the owner during day hours to complain about the "sexual predator" (again, without any evidence, even from the actual "assaulted"). 4- Have the owner permanently ban you, without talking to you or asking to see evidence or speak with the actual "assaulted" and believing a third party with no interest in the situation. 5- Have the owner slander your name and accuse you of being a sexual predator to all the bar staff and all patrons in the establishment at that time. Sexual assault is no joke, and accusations, especially unfounded accusations, can RUIN SOMEONE'S LIFE!!! The cavalier attitude taken by the staff and owner with accusing someone of A VERY SERIOUS CRIME WITH EXTREME CONSEQUENCES, is not a risk worth taking.
