Went in for a €30 eye exam and to see if they had some Ray-Ban frames I'd had my eye on.
Before the exam I asked Mary McMahon if she would provide a PD measurement along with my prescription as I'd read I'd need that if I wanted to order glasses online. She asked if I was going to buy frames off the Internet, I told her honestly that I might. SHE SAID THAT WAS FINE.
After paying for the exam, I was given a receipt, but no prescription. I requested of Mary the prescription and was provided a printed copy, but it excluded the PD measurement.
When I asked for the PD measurement she refused, and she remarked that I tried on their frames, took down sizes and model numbers, and she would only provide the PD measurement to clients whom are purchasing frames from their establishment. I had tried on one pair of frames, and a store associate wrote down all the size and model information for me.
