ABSOLUTELY ARROGANT & DISRESPECTFUL...
ABSOLUTELY ARROGANT & DISRESPECTFUL behaviour by the customer service team of Crona, Gilian & management. I ordered several items @ €260 + €57 for the delivery which I could not get locally for a job last Friday night/Saturday morning as I was working late because I was under pressure to get a job finished and this seemed the easiest quickest option. Long story short I called at least ten times and that's not an exaggeration to be told six of those times someone would call me back by Gillian who kept saying she didn't know anything about online orders and seemed completely inept and or just didn't want to pass on my messages, I finally spoke to Crona who had sent an email one week after my order that my items had been dispatched and it'll be 2-3 working days from today Friday the 7th of Feb. When I spoke to Crona she told me it would be "probably Monday or Tuesday maybe" the absolute disregard she showed me towards the end of the call was absolutely disgusting. She just kept coming up with excuses and absolutely no solution to the issue which has now had a massive impact on my business and cost me thousands from loosing a contract and delaying my next project. I was then told by Crona a manager would call me back needless to say they did not. I called back again two hours later as it was half four to be told by Gillian she would get a manager to call me back which they did not do. I'm beyond fuming at this stage with the absolute disregard to the effect it's having on the customer.
