I came in for a consultation and within 5 minutes he said he could do it right then and there, or I could wait awhile and do it somewhere else with extra sedation. I chose to do it there and had a great experience. He gave me a moose teddy bear to hold, and the whole thing just went so well. The shots were quick, he let me sit for 10ish minutes and then came in and did the surgery in about 10 min. Was in the office from start to finish for about 45 min total. My toe hurt a bit the rest of the day but hasn't since. The front desk ladies were also so nice and encouraging!! He really is a pro.

They also take Medicare. My only complaint is their phone system. If you call the office, you always have to leave a voice mail. When someone finally calls back, they are obviously calling from home. I've heard babies crying and other non-office noises in the background. And the employee calling does not understand English very well. Its very frustrating. I'd rather speak to AI. Parking was a huge hassle. Very few available spots at any time of day. I hope the other office is better situated.

This has to be the worst customer service I've ever received in a medical facility. If you want to…read morebe able to contact your doctor's office or get updates on the things that are supposed to be getting done for you this is absolutely not the place to go. They will not answer their phone ever or call you back if you leave a voicemail. When you call them and they do not answer (which is every time) they'll send you an automated text saying that you can text them at that number, if you do, they will also not respond to that either. Or if they do manage to send a text back it'll be a new person every time, they'll ask your name and date of birth and then stop responding so you can start that whole process another time again. I went in a month ago for an ankle appointment. I got an MRI referral and a prescription and they had not sent out either two weeks later. I finally went in in person to ask them to do it, they never sent the MRI referral even though he said he did when I was there and the prescription they sent out wasn't even anything close to what the doctor and I discussed in my appointment. I talked to another person another week later and they said they sent out the MRI referral at that time again, still have not. So all around terrible experience. It's been 4 weeks now and I've still not gotten either from them. The only way to get anything from this place is to physically walk in and ask them to do what you need done in person, even then it's questionable.
