This has to be the worst customer service I've ever received in a medical facility. If you want to…read morebe able to contact your doctor's office or get updates on the things that are supposed to be getting done for you this is absolutely not the place to go. They will not answer their phone ever or call you back if you leave a voicemail. When you call them and they do not answer (which is every time) they'll send you an automated text saying that you can text them at that number, if you do, they will also not respond to that either. Or if they do manage to send a text back it'll be a new person every time, they'll ask your name and date of birth and then stop responding so you can start that whole process another time again. I went in a month ago for an ankle appointment. I got an MRI referral and a prescription and they had not sent out either two weeks later. I finally went in in person to ask them to do it, they never sent the MRI referral even though he said he did when I was there and the prescription they sent out wasn't even anything close to what the doctor and I discussed in my appointment. I talked to another person another week later and they said they sent out the MRI referral at that time again, still have not. So all around terrible experience. It's been 4 weeks now and I've still not gotten either from them. The only way to get anything from this place is to physically walk in and ask them to do what you need done in person, even then it's questionable.

The place was very busy, I recommend them very highly. The customer service was great, they are…read morevery helpful, friendly and knowledgeable explaining everything to me, making sure I understood every procedure.

I had a problem with an ingrown toenail tried to get it removed from my primary doctor. I was then…read morereferred over to Matthew. instead of waiting two hours like I did at my normal doctors office he was able to take me in immediately. He was very patient with me while my toe took forever to numb up and I appreciated it greatly. The actual procedure must've taken maybe 5 to 10 minutes and I was out the door. I am very happy with the care that I received and would highly recommend to anyone especially seeing as I was in a great deal of pain.

I was taught if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. I already went TWICE to get this problem fixed.. all I got was MORE needles in my toe. He said it was growing again.. when he guaranteed the first time that I would NEVER worry about this toe nail again.. Did not like his political views from day one.. told me I didn't need to wear a mask when I was there... BUT I DID anyway...NOW my problem is that 21/2 years after that trauma.. My toe still gets swollen and BLEEDS.. Thanks for all the troubles DR.! Yeah.. the needles wouldn't hurt more than having a baby ( that's what he said to me) except.. that I've never had a baby..so, thanks a lot for that experience!
