Nico was a phenomenal project manager and had great communication throughout the process and quickly addressed any issues or concerns I had. The install crew that replaced my siding were awesome. Very professional and did quality work. It turned out much better than I had expected. However it appears I should have gotten more quotes and estimates. My neighbor across the street had his siding done for less than half of what I got mine for. Expensive lesson leaned.

During the install, a nail was driven into our AC refrigerant line, causing the air conditioning for the entire upstairs to fail. The HVAC technician confirmed the cause was a roofing nail. I provided full documentation of the damage and a repair quote from FH Furr to the company on March 24, 2026. Since then, I have been given the runaround. After hearing nothing and sending a follow up email on April 13, 2026 I finally spoke with Project Manager John M. on April 15, 2026 who told me he would consult with their Regional Executive, Trey G., and get back to me. It has now been over a month since my initial claim and several weeks since my last conversation with John M. (I never heard back from him or Trey G.). Despite a follow-up email on April 25, 2026 stating my intent to escalate this, the company went dark on me. After receiving a formal demand letter from me they tried calling but when I texted and asked to receive communication in writing via email I did not hear back. A professional installation should account for standard line placement - "inadvertent" does not excuse negligence--especially since they have engaged in a month-long communication breakdown. I am extremely disappointed that a company would cause significant damage to a customer's home and then stop communicating. I will update this review if the situation significantly changes. But this experience has been very stressful and it didn't need to be. Communication between your office and myself was sub par at best. A phone call or two along the way would have fixed the problem but no one bothered until it was too late. The following is how I came up with my "generous" three star review. * First off, the sales rep (Kyle D) was very good. He spent a couple of hours with us, guided us through the selection process and saved us money where he could. His portion of the overall experience was worthy of (4 to 5) stars. * Next up was the Installation Project Manager, (Buster S). A big title but his contribution was minimal. He measured and said that he would "send a 3 to 4 man crew to perform the install which would take only one day." He said that he would "stay in touch throughout and follow up when the work had been completed."Ultimately, a one man team arrived (2 weeks late) and it took him two separate days to complete the install. I never heard from (Buster S) a single time after the day he measured. Not even to follow up when the job was complete. For his efforts I give one star. * Next was my interaction with the office staff. Not much went right with this group. Nice enough over the phone but screwed up at every turn. From not calling me to cancel & reschedule the original install date to misinforming me on product availability at the warehouse to short staffing the crew when the job did get done. It was a lot of phone tag, a lot of excuses and a lot of "we're sorry". This was by far the most stressful and disappointing part of the Andersen experience. And for that I also give one star. * After a (14) day delay on the install and our home completely dismantled for that same period of time. And after missing work and cancelling the carpet cleaners twice, the install crew finally arrived to do the work. To my dismay, a "crew of one". His name was (Michael P) and I tried to hide my anger that they had sent only one guy to a job that was originally meant for a (3-4) man team. At the same time, I was happy to have anyone show up at this point. As it turned out though, Michael was great. He did the work of two men anyway. He was a skilled pro. He was quiet, respectful, asked for nothing, never took a break and cleaned up after himself. And although it took him two days to perform the install, the work was completed and we couldn't be happier with the end product. His efforts were certainly worthy of five stars. * Lastly, I spoke to the Supervisor (Malina P). Our project was within her per-view as the team leader. After the initial communication breakdown, she stayed in contact with me until the job was completed. It wasn't always perfect but she politely listened to my concern(s) and ultimately was able to secure a $500 check for the various issues we experienced along the way. We received that check (57) days after the date of completion. Her efforts along with a talented salesperson and an expert install guy make this review worthy of three stars.
