He finally took my call and said he was not responsible because they didn't actually drop the counter top on the tile. Also did not have a dishwasher bracket on the truck to install. Took four calls over a two week period to get that installed. But in the mean time, twice the dishwasher tipped out and the bottom rack hit the tile floor, breaking all my dishes. First experience with them was great. But I will not use them again for the three bathrooms and outdoor kitchen I doing now.

I recently purchased a filter for our production line's air supply which had gone down. The filter…read moreshowed in stock and ready to ship with next day air options available. I placed the order and waited for the confirmation. I received a communication 24 hours later stating the item was not in stock and that it was a manufacturer direct item which would take 3 to 5 business days. This statement was not present in the product page and was not present in the checkout process. As is normal i requested they refund the shipping charge minus the amount needed for standard shipping as is standard operating procedure for any number of the hundreds of vendors i deal with. The sales representative became hostile via email and immediately threatened to cancel the order. When i clarified that i needed the filter and that they just needed to deduct the amount for standard shipping since it was their mistake, the representative sent a screenshot of a completely unrelated statement on the checkout process which is absolutely miniscule in which they stated additional charges could be made. In other words he was completely incapable of understanding a concept as simple as costumer service and partial refunds. They then stated i would have to cancel the order if i wanted the money back for next day air. This would have resulted in me needing to wait an additional 24 hours just for them to confirm the second order was placed and in process. As this is an essential item which we need to proceed with our production i asked the sales representative to leave the order alone so it would not delay the order further than the 3 to 5 business days it will already be delayed by. I am a purchasing manager for a Florida based company and deal with vendors based throughout the USA and in other countries. This is one of the worst costumer service/sales interactions i have ever had to deal with and i encourage people to look for alternative suppliers. It was incompetence, plain and simple.
