We had Aspen Creek design and install a specialized equestrian irrigation system. The system was…read moresupposed to be protected from freezing but the lines were not pitched properly so several lines did not drain back out as designed. Obviously the water froze and broke several lines. After several phone calls and promises to come out with an irrigation service person, no one ever showed up or called back. Since there was no stated "warranty" on the work, I have no recourse but to hire someone else to fix this. As I've unfortunately read too late in many of these other reviews, this seems to be common.

We hired Aspen Creek for a full landscaping revision. While some aspects were positive - the yard…read moredesign is improved and the installation crew was hard-working - there were many frustrations, primarily with poor communication and follow through. We asked for hardscaping ideas and they had nothing to offer. Our Rainbird irrigation system leaves bone dry patches and flooded areas so plants die. Aspen Creek replanted the same plants only to die again. We have waited a year for the final design plan and plant list that has never come despite continued promises. Our sod is dying because the soil grade isn't correct. If you want good customer service, timely follow and clear communication, consider other landscaping companies. For what we paid, I would expect far better treatment. We have reached out many, many times, even trying to reach this business owner.

My husband and I recently bought our first home. Upon inspection we discovered it hadn't ruined anything yet, but it was vital that we have it removed as soon as possible. We got tons of estimates from a wide scope of professionals (and some not-so professional). Andrew from Tree-Ific Arbor Care came to our home, was kind and knowledgeable, and gave us an estimate that was $50 less than the lowest bid we had gotten from anyone else. His crew arrived on time, and removed the tree impressively fast. They even ground up the brush and left us mulch, and cut all the wood into 16 inch rounds as we requested (though they will haul it away as well). I was very sad to see our tree go, but they made the process easy! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a licensed, bonded, insured and highly efficient arborist.
