The worker (who was by himself) was rude and not accommodating when I was leaving in the morning and told him I had to get out of my garage. His reply was "so you don't want us to clean your drain today?" Of course the work needed to be done, but you need to move to let people out. (Note: The HOA didn't give us a heads up that the worker was coming, otherwise I would have parked on the street away from the driveway.) The worker was so lazy, he didn't want to drive out of the driveway into the street, so he just pulled off to the side of the driveway and made me squeeze by. Gerald lied to us on several occasions - lies that were revealed with our security cameras. One day we had several workers come to our house to get their paychecks because they knew he'd be there - they had been waiting days for their paychecks! Gerald talks a good talk but it is nothing more than a con. I typically do not write negative reviews, and I waited months to write this review because he still owes me money he said he'd pay - now I know he never will.
