Most recently I had been shopping for a Honda Fit Sport, 2013 and I was having an awful time with local Honda dealers. I simply called up Aaron Auto and told them what I wanted. They went and found one in a few days and the price was great. I picked it up within a week, Mint. Previously I had bought a used 2006 CDI Smart Car from them, which they had brought in for me. Price was good, but after I got it home...the car was making noises. I took it into Mercedes Benz and the car required a lot of warranty work. There was however some "out of warranty" work that needed to be performed and it put me $1000 out of pocket. I informed Aaron auto right away and they agreed to split it with me(which I thought was very far since they gave me such a great deal on the car). They also hooked up with a local credit union for the car loan, of which I should write another excellent review. I recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a car.

Drop it off and tell them to fix it all, and they will only fix what's really broken and not take you for a ride. In general, my repairs from here are done on time and for a good price. Support your neighbors, give them feedback when you are not happy, and they will get better.

We purchased a used pick up truck, beautiful to look at, great tires, drove well, we thought we had made a great purchase again. Less than 60 days later we started to experience issues with hesitation when accelerating. We took it back and were told they thought it was a transmission so we would need to take it to the approved transm. shop for the warranty but, they could not take it in to look at it for 30 days! So we took it to another shop who scoped it and could not find the issue. We took it in for an oil change and a transmission flush and learned the fluid was dark black when checked - both transmission shops agreed that the fluid did not turn that color in the short time we had it and it was like that at purchase so this was not checked before they sold us the truck, or was and ignored. We then had the differential fluids changed and learned both were full with metal shavings. Again both shops confirmed this was not something that would have happened overnight. In the end we have had to have a brand new transmission installed and despite the extended warranty we purchased we are now out another $2700 in costs, not to mention the lost income from the loss of use. We did reach out for help with Woods to see if they would at least provide us with a loaner, to no avail. We were basically told we were on our own, though we agree they had no obligation to us...but given we were repeat customers for one, and just for overall good customer service given they sold us a $32,000 vehicle with serious issues, we would have expected much more from them. Needless to say we will not be a repeat customer again. Very very dissappointed.

I got the car bill reduced to $3400 , however the car still needed more repairs. After 6 weeks of the car being there at the last minute a mouse nest was discovered and more repairs were needed. Had I been informed along the way of any of this I would have just gotten another car . The car has gone to the wreckers and I was basically ripped off.

The tires that came with it were in rough shape too. NOW...took the Jeep to my Jeep dealership for them to look at the wheels and tires and they told me that the wheels were from an older vehicle and the tires were most likely off an older Jeep. The engine was caked with mud but the body was great. The Jeep dealership stated that the most likely factor as to why the wheels and tires and the lack of accessories were not in great shape and the accessories were not in the purchase, is that someone connected to the dealership had switched out their own wheels and tires with the better set; thus I got their worn out set. This same person also most likely had taken the accessories for themselves...thus vehicle sold as is. I had a hunch of this, and to me this is the most logical explanation as to why I (the customer) got the shitty end of the stick. I have no confidence in the business they run and what goes on behind closed doors. In regards to all the mud...seems like someone had enjoyed a few dealer off-road excursions and just left the mess for me to clean up. Do I recommend Bayview...at this point absolutely not!
