My appointment started at 2pm to get a new key. At about 3:30 pm I paid for my new key. I asked if it worked on everything. I was told it did. It didn't fit anything. Sat for another 45 minutes and was asked to go get it cut some where else. And bring it back to get programmed. But first they had to redo my bill and only charge for the key and the cut they did that didn't work. Now I have to go back in ten days next available appointment to get it programmed. Over 3 hours so far and I still have to go back to Belleville to get 1 key made. read more

I went to Belleville Toyota to have a key cut for a Toyota I purchased elsewhere. I was told by Brian Arnold that it would have to be flat key, door and ignition only, as a fob was no longer available. However a flat key was $160.00, show me an example, and the fob would have cost $420.00. Said I would take the flat key. Came back to have the key cut, wait while it happens, have it programmed. Then I'm given a fob key and a bill for $353.60. Said NO NO that's not what I asked for and you had told me a fob key was unavailable. Brian could not remember anything. Took the key, car started, drove away, stopped for gas and the car would not start. Turns out the key only works on one side. Now I read about Rudy D.'s visit and I can see my troubles are just starting. Will call the Tuesday as I still want a key that works. Talk about a rip off. read more

I bought my brand new 2018 in Jun and it was a great experience when purchasing. Since I've had to have it serviced, I had to have the tint done once and I tried to book it a second time but no one would call me back after they told me they would... this was the beginning of December. I then booked online Jan 31,2019 for Feb 4th and 45 mins before my appointment they called me to cancel because no one would be available. It was extremely inconvienent, had they called and told me Friday or the morning of it would have been fine. Poor customer service and I'm very dissatisfied with the service department. I love my Toyota but rethinking my decision of buying another from that location if this is how you get treated after you buy your vehicle. read more

I'm quite impressed with how they help at Belleville Toyota. My daughters older Toyota minivan needed a part. In Toronto they told her the car was too old (2001) to fix as they could no longer get the parts. Belleville Toyota had no problem and they had the part in from Kentucky and repaired within a week. They also offer a $500 discount on new cars for military and retired military. That's just a local dealer thing after the price is established. They've always been prompt and given me good service. read more
