I regularly asked the mechanic to ALWAYS be on the look out for problems and advise me of such. Yet he failed to notice on numerous occasions an alignment problem causing uneven tire wear. He even swapped out my winter tires (which were already ruined as a result) and put on my summer tires which then were also ruined. So two sets of tires were ruined at their hands. The uneven tire wear was plainly obvious. I later discovered what had occurred when a mechanic from ANOTHER shop pointed it out. I complained to owner Ted Taylor in writing, even providing photos of the damage and dates. He ignored numerous written letters and when he finally did respond he said it wasn't his problem. He made no offer to do anything - not even a discount on a new set of tires. Obviously my business was not valued so I have never gone back since. Driving a car out of alignment risks loss of control and an accident. My entire family was put at risk because these guys failed to notice the obvious.
