I was worried because I also had my very first speeding violation 2 years ago at another state while on a travel assignment. I got sold some story, but they have such a high employee turn over rate that no one ever knew what my case was whenever I called after that. I had to send my forms twice because they couldn't find them since the person that received them didn't even work there anymore. I should have just kept my money and gone to court. Got two tickets in the same county. Paid this law office to get them BOTH reduced to speeding tickets because I already knew I could just go to court and at least get one reduced like I've done in other states. Was assured this would happen because I had a good driving record. Instead only one got reduced. Could have done that myself! Thanks for nothing! UPDATE: Later I found out they could have at least gotten the other reckless driving ticket reduced to a lower offense of improper driving so that I didn't have a misdemeanor on my record.
