Dr Oltmann worked with me for 3 or so years. I have a total knee and hip in my right leg so wound infection could have resulted, at the worst, implant infection and amputation. Dr. Oltmann worked diligently and after a time I'm now completely healed with my leg intact. I thank God for Dr. Oltmann. She is excellent!! I did o not have an ingrown toenail, and I had no signs or symptoms of one. He did not seek my consent and on top of that I have a vacation that I'm leaving for in less than 48 hours and now my toe is sore from all the poking and prodding he did.
