So before you actually sit down with Dr. Tran--and he came up to get me at the receptionist desk on the first floor -- you see a big round information desk with two receptionists. Then you see the huge indoor tennis court, a cafe, a store, a long hall way. By the time all these sink in, Dr. Tran comes up to get you. You follow him down the stairs, through the gym --on the way you see an indoor swimming pool. So it's a lot to go through initially, if you are not used to such a setting. But once you sit down with Dr. Tran, and once he starts working on you, you'll see that he is warm and friendly, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he is doing. He has impeccable credentials in training--the best there is in the US. But more importantly, he is completely passionate about what he is doing. For me, that is always a sign of genius! I can't say enough nice things about what he has done to me! ( I had neck and shoulder problems). After Dr. Tran treats you, you can ask for a massage. I get it from Ellen. She is also a genius at what she is doing. She knows what she is doing! I am also so lucky that she happened to be there the first day i went to see Dr. Tran. I have been going to physical therapy 2x a week for the past 2 months and while it has helped, we are now at a point where my mobility and pain are no longer improving. A friend recommended that I see Dr. Tran as he is a chiropractor that also specializes in working on extremities in addition to the spine. Well, it was like a miracle! I could not believe how much my mobility increased and how my pain had gone almost to zero after just one visit. I felt so much better that I really wanted to cry. I did feel guilty coming in having no pain, but I had concerns about a short leg that I didn't know if it was functionally or anatomically short. I didn't even know it could be both (which is what I had). I also came in about concerns over editing on the computer over long periods of time i.e. my right shoulder was always hunched up and tight and bad posture. There were other parts of the bones and muscles that I didn't even know were off (my mid-spine wasn't moving, my shoulder blade muscles weren't tight). Trigger points, EVERYTHING. I learned so much and was impressed at the service. I didn't know my neck could be adjusted at the base.
