From the moment we arrived, the home felt thoughtfully curated, comfortable, and elevated--perfect for a special celebration and quality time together. The attention to detail really stood out. One of our favorite touches was the coffee setup--there were three different ways to make coffee: a French press, a percolator, and a traditional coffee pot. It felt indulgent and intentional, like staying somewhere that truly understands how important a great morning coffee can be. Sitting back and enjoying coffee together made our mornings feel slow, cozy, and special. The location was unbeatable. Being so close to the Silos made exploring Waco incredibly easy, and there were fantastic restaurants of every kind just minutes away. Whether we were heading out for the day or coming back to relax, the home was the perfect retreat--peaceful, stylish, and welcoming. This rental added so much joy and comfort to an already meaningful birthday celebration, and it's a place we'll always associate with beautiful memories. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Waco, especially for a girls' trip, family celebration, or elevated getaway. We would absolutely stay here again! Also - the owner is so nice and helpful and quick to answer any questions! I highly recommend Green Door Lofts! I want to stay in all of the rooms!!!

Well, first off, let me say that we've been living at Woodhollow for over 3 years now. My husband…read morecame from Los Angeles to Waco right in the middle of the Covid panic when most apartment complexes were not willing to take on new tenants. We were praying because many places were not available. And when his job-sponsored hotel stay was just about to run out, we found this place that was willing to take in a new tenant within 48 hours! Thank You, Jesus! During the entire time that we've been here, Randie's been the manager. She's quite diligent and does her job very well, especially considering that there about 200 units here. If there is ever an issue that needed to be resolved, we have confidence - based on what she has done - that she will continue to do an excellent job. Also, the maintenance team here is amazing. Leo, Juan, and Michelle are an absolute pleasure! We've never had any problems having maintenance done; they take care of it quite speedily. While we have had some boisterous neighbors, overall everyone is pretty courteous and friendly. There are two pools here, thankfully. The Texas sun can get pretty intense. There's also a dog park, but we don't use it. Most of the tenants who have dogs are quite responsible cleaning up after them, and I can't fault management for when people don't clean up after their dogs. That being said, there are plenty of "dog-deposit" trash stations around, along with treats and dropping bags freely given at the front office. We've never had a package missing and never experienced loss while living here. I would gladly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking.
