My fiancé and I recently underwent a two year complete gut renovation for our newly purchased…read morecondo. Renovations went well, but the DUST was everywhereeee. The dust was located on baseboards, lighting fixtures, flooring, kitchen countertops, and also in my kitchen cabinet interiors. With our new bundle of joy on the way we wanted to make sure that we hired a professional cleaning service that not only specialized in post-construction cleanings but also used chemical free products. After having a phone consult with Patrick we decided to move forward and book their services. Patrick explained all details of their post-construction package which put our minds at ease, he was also very knowledgeable and patient with all questions that we had. Our project lasted for six days at eight hours per day which seemed long but it was well worth it. He also used commercial air purifiers and Hep-a vacuums which was greatly appreciated. Our experience with Elite Supreme Cleaning was flawless, pricing was more at a premium rate compared to others, but it matched the quality of service that Patrick and his crew delivered. Thank you again!

My bathroom was in need of a serious deep cleaning after months of neglect due to my busy work…read moreschedule. My main concerns were tile and grout issues, built up soap scum and mold located all through out my bathroom. Patrick and the team arrived on time with all materials and equipment ready to go. It took the crew about three hours to complete my bathroom which was expected, a complete difference! The tiles were back to shiny, mold and soap scum were completely gone. This is the detailed cleaning that i truly needed. Big thanks to Patrick and the crew for their hard work and for not being judge-mental about the condition of my unit. 5/5 - great experience.

We've been using Irene's Cleaning services for a bit now at our home and are very happy with their…read moreservices. This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

Needless to say, the carpets were in rough shape with a few very noticeable stains. Breeze did a great job restoring them to cleanliness, and they even managed to get out stains that were under the couch (and therefore set in for years!).

The second day was horrendous. - I had called in a request a week earlier for them to clean inside the oven. They refused saying that the main office had not told them about the request. - We requested them to use the grout cleaner and they sprayed it on the floor but didn't bother to wait the few minutes or scrub afterwards -- simply wiped with water. - We requested them to sweep the rug below the kitchen table but they said they did it already -- there were still crumbs under the table. The living room wood surfaces were left dusty. - The master bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned fully -- the shower fixtures seemed to be untouched -- I had to clean the surface of the drawers in the bathroom because there were smudges on the surface -- the bathroom didn't even smell of cleaning agents like last time - they damaged the furniture in one of the bedrooms -- scraping off polish and paint - the 1st floor bathroom had streaks of liquid soap on the marble surface -- just as I had seen it in the morning before I left for work. We are very disappointed that this didn't work out but would like to cancel all future services
