This is our third time renting from here and will be our last . We rented a Ditch Witch plus…read moretrailer . The first rental was fairly smooth except after several hours of use the track of the Ditch Witch came off. Luckily we were done with our work so we returned recognizing that that could happen . Next rental upon return we were pulled over by the police because the trailer lights didn't work properly . They simply apologized . This third rental was our worst yet . Upon calling to reserve the equipment we were promised a call back only to arrive and be told they were busy with other customers . When we finally received our equipment plus a trailer the lights again did not work !! While the owner wanted to fix the problem at that time we had already paid and were on Tool Times watch with rental . The owner was very rude , and basically offered little help for resolving the problem . In addition to rude employees and owner the pick up and drop off proceed there is a mess. Took us three times to learn a lesson that it is best to go elsewhere and will not rent from Tool Time again!

I ordered 10 yards of mulch several days ago and had it scheduled to be delivered today (Friday) between 8 and 12. Short story is that I called around noon inquiring when the delivery would be here, guy assures it is on it's way. Call again around 230pm and ask them to drop the $39 delivery charge for the inconvienence or they can cancel the order. Gentleman comes back on the phone and states that they had a truck break down, they cannot drop the delivery charge but can cancel the order. We were never called to let us know it could possibly be delayed or that it was even on it's way. Order is now cancelled. What piss poor communication and customer service. Mine and my wife's day is now wasted and we will be shopping elsewhere for mulch from now on. Solid job Angelo's.

The Generac kicked in and ran seamlessly for nearly 30 hours until power was restored. The manager called me, was up front and honest. We discussed the customer service issues and they made things right with appropriate credits and what sounds like changes in their processes to avoid poor customer service to loyal Wolverine Power Systems customers. Therefore I will continue to do business with them and update this review by removing the long detail and leave it at, I had an issue and they addressed it.
