My client speaks very highly of Dr McFall, which is why I didn't give a '1.' I encountered an extremely rude staff member. My client was wanting to upgrade to a better Medicare health plan. I contacted Dr McFall's office on her behalf to verify if they accepted the particular plan. She responded that they didn't. I then asked which Medicare Advantage plans they accepted, to which she responded, "we don't have a list." I then asked how it was determined whether or not a plan was accepted.
