There is a required decorum and skill necessary when dealing with the public and she certainly lacked it. She screamed and hollered like an uncontrollable crazy lady toward me two different times when I requested to know who I was speaking with when I had a question regarding Medicare - being that it was my first year. She favors trying to degrade and intimidate another when she thought they were inquiring to much information. Sadly, the staff you have to deal with when you first arrive or call are not worth coming here. I have had multiple issues within the few months of going. They are dismissive and have been rude. I came here because I am having tough problems, not to be met with more. It had been hard for me to reach out, to ask for help and come in. I wanted to make steps forward but IBH Muscle Shoals has reminded me why I do not. I am continuing my process with other doctors, which is tough when dealing with mental health issues. I know in the long run it will be worth it. Save yourself the trouble, and find somewhere else. I received an email stating I was turned down because of various reasons which they did not state. I will be 65 years old in November (Medicare). I am in excellent health, I have one medication I am on for restless leg syndrome and they would not except me as a new patient for reasons I do not know.
