Excellent Type of Care! Excellent Care Quality! Great Office Experience! I highly recommend it!

7 years I've gone to the same doctor, Aaron Karr. I complain about the same hip pain on every visit but he acts completely unconcerned. I don't believe that he believes I hurt. He won't give me referrals to pain center or to orthopedics. He has given me 14 prescriptions(non narcotic) over 7 years to relieve my pain but zero therapy, procedures, or options for other care. A doctor who either disbelieves a patient or has no interest in the actual diagnosis of a problem is worthless to health care. It appears he is more interested in getting me started on endless kickback prescriptions instead of any effort to heal the problem read more

If I could give this clinic a zero star it would get it. Zero communication skills from their staff, toxic and hateful nursing staff. Waited almost 3 hours to see the dr on just a follow up visit (assuming bc one of the nurses that I told her that she was unprofessional & had zero patient care, kept putting my file to the bottom) to finally have to leave due to another appt for the day. 3 HOURS. Absolutely unacceptable. Dr seemed nice & caring the brief time I seen him the 1st visit but his staff has caused me to NEVER go back and any friends or family that ask my opinion, I will 100% veer them away as well. Dr Aaron Karr and his nurse practitioner, Amanda are excellent. Their office does so many sophisticated tests, so I didn't have to be admitted for serious symptoms. They explain results well. We like all the staff, too. read more

Dr Givean. His wife and staff were patient and helpful. Nice to get most everything done at one place.

First of all since Dr. Syed passed its gone to hell. Second the asshat Dr. Shah that took over for him is a complete douche... my daughter went in for a medical exemption for the covid vaccine.... not too complicated right? Wrong! Took them over a week, giving her the run around and he literally got in her face saying he wasn't going to give it to her bc she can't prove it will make her epilepsy worse,and she had a reaction to vaccines before... um, sir can you prove it won't? Where's your concrete evidence? Not to mention she had covid back in January which qualified for an exemption too.... did he want to hear it no. Not to mention I have them recorded on my phone stating that they did in fact fill it out and fax to her new employer....another lie! When she got there they didn't have nothing finished like they claimed. Not only is their office slow,rude,and money hungry... they are nothing but a bunch of lying idiots. I intend on finding her a new primary care doctor asap and filling a complaint with the Alabama board of physicians. I've had enough of this bullshit and you will not treat my child anyway you see fit bc your a pompous ass! read more

Great doctors,nurses,etc. but the front desk are sooo sooo unorganized and need to get there selves together... set an appointment and they sent me to the wrong doctor an end up calling me once I got to my appointment to tell me that's the wrong spot.... but yeah the best doctors read more

Great team of careing doctors they got me back on my feet when I thought I was hopeless at walking or running agian but with my determination and there's we made it happen now I'm doing great and enjoying life agian thanks to 2 great careing doctors Extremely highly recommended read more
