So I call my specialist at Olsen Women's Clinic today to see if DR. Stearnes has faxed the lab…read moreresults for my biopsy, a biopsy that they screwed up and probably lost somewhere!!! So the Olsen Clinic said that her office had not sent it in yet. I call the medical records at Physician's clinic (same clinic that my daughter's doctor is in), and tell them to please fax it today so that the specialist can start tests on me. She said to me, "YOu know, we legally have 30 days to send the information to another office!" I said, " Really? Well considering that you people implied I may have cancer, did a biopsy on me, either lost or screwed up the procedure/results, and now are wanting to cut on me again, I would think you would want to consider this an emergency" She said, well you can have them write us a letter, requesting the lab results and we will send it to them faster. I said, that is why I went to your office Friday and signed a waiver saying you could send the results to them. Why do they need to write you now? She said, because we need to know if it is an emergency. I said, what, do you not think cancer is a serious thing? I want everyone, and I mean everyone, to know how incompetent that medical office is and how unprofessional some of the doctors and their staff are there. Dr. Stearne is the one who did my biopsy and has never called me to let me know what is going on. I had to hunt her nurse down to get a response. I am now going to go to Omaha for all my medical needs. I will be searching for a good pediatrician for Katie also. If anyone has a very good pediatrician and family doctor for me, please let me know.

Dr. Ryberg is nothing short of amazing. She was so patient and understanding of all my concerns…read more She explained my entire surgery and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. She was kind and thoughtful with a good sense of humor. She made me feel very comfortable. After surgery my scars are very small and healed nicely. Everything was better than expected. Her nurse, Kathy, was very patient, kind, and prompt with all of my questions and needs.
