Although I did not get any services at this shop they were honest with me about what they could and couldn't do, they did give me some recommendations of what to do and where to start and some estimates if I didn't to go with them. They also gave me a note for my employer in regards to the condition of my car! They seem like a very reputable place, if I need services in the future that they can accommodate I would definitely consider going to their shop. The workers were very pleasant, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel awkward in any way! They were very transparent and nice and that's really hard to find in a mechanic shop nowadays ESPECIALLY as a woman so I thank them for their kindness, straight-forward advice and pleasantries.

I have returned to Randall's now for nearly 15 years because I have never had a bad customer experience there. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and are so honest with you. They're a business for sure but they never try to upsell or overcharge you. I've compared their prices for years, and they have remained competitive. So everything else is gravy, and it's a lot. I trust Randall's for every single service and maintenance need for every vehicle I've owned in NC (1 sedan and 2 SUVs). And if they ever run into something they can't fix or believe you should bounce to another spot for a fix, they honestly tell you and reco great places. On top of that, a courtesy oil change! Full synthetic. That's all they sell, full synthetic. Oh, and on top of that, the necessary work you should do; a full wheel alignment. Yep, it's no charge with the purchase of 4 tires. So buy and install 4 tires, and get an alignment and an oil change for no extra charge! The price of the tires was good, reasonable. Since being acquired by Tire Discounters, the service has been very poor. When we were there 6 months ago for an oil change, the technician left my son's hood open on his truck and it flew up when he went to drive home. As dangerous as that was to drive, he came back and asked if there was a reason it was still open, and they rudely said, "You don't know how to close your hood?" as if they didn't do anything wrong. This last visit on Saturday, 10/10/26, we asked for a tire to be patched up due to a slow leak. This is the 2nd tire with a slow leak in 6 months that they told me couldn't be patched and a whole new tire would need to be purchased because of the way the nail entered the tire. I understand this happens, but when Taylor owned it, we rarely had to replace a tire that could just be patched and now it's happened 2 times in 6 months?? We felt like we're being scammed. Don't expect them to patch up tires anymore! So we had to replace the tire. It's a very specific tire on the sport package on the truck, but we were told you had a comparable tire. We said "Okay, go ahead." We picked it up and drove 10 minutes down the road and realized not only was it not a Goodyear (it was Cooper with big white letters that say "Cooper" on the tire), the size and tread don't even match the other 3 tires. We called to ask if they could take the tire back or give us a refund since we were misled on the matching tire. We were told no and that once it left the lot, we have to pay for it. He said we don't do "buy and try" tires and that we've bought it once it's off the lot. Even if the tire is not a match/not even the same size at all???After bringing our 3 cars there for 15 years, we will NEVER be back to this location. Terrible customer service and no guarantee when they don't provide the service that they advertised.

I took it to the shop and manager had an associate named Ivan to ride my car around and listen for the sound. Ivan told the manager what the issue was and the manager quoted me $192 to repair the damage and fix my car. I came in this morning at about 8:30am to get my car fixed. When I arrived they took my car into the servicing area. About 10am, Ivan came back out and said that he would need to do extra repairs to fix the car properly. Trusting their expert advise, I authorized the new service (which now went to $304) to get my car fixed. Shortly after paying this new amount, Ivan came back out and told the manager that there was more to fix the car. They took me in the area and showed me what was actually wrong with my vehicle and when I went back inside the manager quoted me $358 to fix my car. I feel like this was dishonest because (1) if the new issue was why my car was disabled, why was there no assessment to determine this BEFORE they did the unnecessary work on my car and (2) why tell me that paying $300 would fix my car and turn around right after I pay to ask for $350 MORE. Unable to afford the new price, I drove my car off the lot sounding much worse than it did when I brought it in. I feel like I was being price gouged and furthermore, I took my car do a different shop right after that and they told me that someone had emptied my power steering fluid. I think this was done dishonestly to scare me into having to pay them the additional $350 for the work. No one should have to deal with this type of dishonesty from a business. I didn't tell them what was wrong with my car; I trusted this business to do that for me. And I feel that my trust was misplaced. As for me, I do not trust them as a business anymore."
