1st star - food came in a timely manner during rush hour and was to expected McDonald's quality. 2nd star - nice staff who were happy to take my older dad's order at the checkout rather than encourage self service, because he's a bit of a numpty with those things. 3rd star - could see the staff wiping tables and floor in the crowd. No 4th star - lack of napkins and 2 meals squished into the smallest paper bag they had. No 5th star - no toilet paper in ladies room. It's the worst when you discover this AFTER you do your business. The WORST. All my reviews are standardised to the following star ratings: 1. Customer service I.e. friendly, easy to book, etc. 2. Hash browns this morning were fantastic! Nice and crisp and crunchy... quite a pleasant change from the usually soggy options. Service was pretty average unfortunately, had to prompt for the correct items. Still, not a bad location and I tend to stop here fairly regularly. read more

I know you should expect too much from a McDonalds but this place really lets them down. Surly staff and a filthy dining area. They're lucky there's not much else around. Try the McDonalds at Gundagai instead. read more

McCafe coffee, the latte tasted like what would be dirty water, I don't think fresh coffee was put in the machine when she made it. Pity as I'll never have that again, pot coffee from the counter will do better. read more

Fast service. Food standard macca's. Wifi signal is strong and power is available near the tv.

Australia's worst McDonalds. The take-a-way was cold, dry and lacking any salad. You order a small fries and you only get half a packet. The little lettuce that was on the burgers was not even fit to feed to the chooks. The staff would have to be the rudest that McDonalds could find. If you are hungry, and driving through Yass, do yourself a favour, go into the Yass township. The food there is 100% better then you'll find at McDonalds. read more

Australias worst Mc Donalds. I frequently vist here for my morning coffee and the drive through is always slow even when i am the only one in the drive way ! I have waited up to 15 mins for one coffee only. Complained to head office ! They need better staff training, more staff at peek times and a good kick in the arse ! read more

This is the worst McDonalds in Australia that I have been to. The staff have made an art form of being rude, or at the very least, unconcerned with the customers and/or reputation that the store has (mind you they always appear to be run off their feet and extra staff may be required with the qualifier that if some of them weren't chatting gaily with other staff rather than assisting then the extra staff may not be required at all). The orders rarely arrive in a timely manner and not as specified. Coffee is inconsistent in quality, store is grotty and toilets of a similar ilk. read more
